What was not to like - very little. Perhaps the rooms' electrics are showing their age - charging points etc? Maybe evening meal menu could be more varied.

Very convenient location: lots of nearby restaurants etc. and evening meal available in house: car parking arrangements were excellent: room was spacious with really remarkable views of the Inn valley: friendly helpful staff.

The beds kept sliding apart, the walls/ doors where very thin, there was no mini fridge, no chair or table on the balcony and some outlets didn’t work.

The staff was very friendly and forthcoming. The room size was ok and there was a nice selection of mini toiletries.

Great service and super friendly and helpful people at the desk , bar and breakfast. Rooms were well taken care of and clean. Easy parking under the garage.. unfortunately i had no time to visit the apa, but it looked great!

Possible Improvements: A fridge in the room would be nice. Garage should be free for guests. Or maybe some bonus system for regular guests would be nice

The breakfast was average, but nothing to get excited about. The rolls weren't fresh from the baker, and the juice was disappointingly artificial—overly sweet and straight from a machine. If you're vegan, options are quite limited: mostly marmalade, chocolate spread, or some cucumber that you can put on your bread or roll.

The comfort rooms are very spacious and have a wonderful view. I definetely recommend them.

Turn after parking entrance does not allow large cars and nobody notified about complexity to enter parking Also had issues that my car was blocked by another car in the parking lot

Very tiny unreadable light switches, inadequate heating in room (only a heating unit in the bathroom), could not figure out how to turn TV on. Elevator worked only with room card, and several times could not operate it.

I think, it's a bit expensive.

The hotel is situated very close to the city center with all the cozy restaurants. Hotel room was very clean calm with amazing views. Excellent quality of food and spacious spa. We enjoyed our stay.

I booked a hotel with AirCo, but did not realize that the 3-bed-rooms have no AirCo. These rooms are not in the tower but in an attached old building. We moved to two doublerooms in the tower with a cooling system. With 35 degree outside, even more in the 3-bedroom, we needed that cooling. We paid extra, of course. The parking was 10 euro for one night. I am not sure at all if we had then a good deal in comparison to other hotels. The lift was very smal. 4 persons max and no luggage cart that fit in. With a bustour arriving we neede patience! It took a long time to get to the dubble rooms. The room in the tower is fancy but not practical. If you open the window you can not enter the bathroom. If you climb in the bathtub for a shower you need to hold on to the sink. The lightswitchs for everything is on one panel and need to be read: which one needs to be On/off. My mom of 88 couldn't. The TV is not facing the bed because of the "pizza shape" room. Fancy architecture but not practical.

Location is perfect, beds and towels are very good. The breakfast is wonderful. The terras is lovely, the staff is professional, the parking garage right under the hotel.

Everything was great.

Spectacular views of the Inn river valley and of the surrounding Alps from BIG panoramic windows (get an upper floor room if you can - amazing), 60 second walk from the walled old town. Very clean and modern and comfortable. Reasonably good breakfast. Downstairs parking was super-convenient. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
