We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Friendly staff, good facilities, good breakfast options. Very large room. Different pillow types is a simple but big difference maker.

Czech RepublicInternet connection was slow. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and stable but IMO they have some sort of QoS limits set up so the speed looked to me limited to 4mb down /1mb up per device. Good enough to watch Netflix but nothing comfortable. Also half of the internet traffic is blocked on their firewall/security sw , so VPN is advised to overcome this.
The room was big, comfortable and well equipped. Decently tough mattress. Breakfast standard quality, nothing exceptional, nothing to complain about. Very good equipped ski room. Hotel is close enough to the lift station so you can walk there easy even in ski shoes, carrying your ski.

I thought all the clients are equal and we all kann sit where we want and not in corner just because i travel alone, as the lady from the kitchen/hotel told me…. Speachless

SlovakiaThe hotel has all the facilities a visitor might need. It is located close to the town center with nice restaurants around. The room was spacious and neat. The bed was super comfortable. There was wide selection of food at breakfast. The staff was extremely nice. I highly recommend this place when visiting the region of Tyrol. I will definitely stay here again.
