How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

When we arrived (2 adults and one baby 6th months old + our 4 members of family), there was a receptionist with short blue hair (woman), and when we tried to check in she told us first we need to pack out all our stuff on a reception and only then we can get our key to a room. As a family with little baby we have a tons of stuffs and it was very difficult for us to take all of our stuffs out without room key. Also, as their guests we have right to use a gondola for panorama view but she didnt give us that cards.. that means that we lost 120€ because of her negligence, thank you for that..
Everything was great, especially location and staff in a restaurant. Restaurant staff was very polite and communicative, they told us everything we wanna know. Food was also great but only minus is the principe of serving dinner. They don't have a buffe for dinner, you have to choose between three menu's, which is an outdated system.

Shared balcony with neighbouring room, which meant less privacy

We arrived very late so we could not join to the dinner on time. Without asking we got a nice cold plate in the room. It was very kind! Thank you!

Pool is a bit cold and deep for kids, jakuzzi is okay though. You either have to take the stairs or go downhill to reach the ski slopes. HAVE TO BOOK A PARKING PLACE in advance or there’s a good chance you’ll have to park your car at the street, which is at the bottom of said downhill road. Dinner can take an hour as part of it is served to the table (again only a problem with small kids) so I recommend requesting the main course upon arrival.
nice hotel, good value for money, food was great both at breakfast and at dinner. Kids playroom is a bonus. big bar and lounge area. nice and helpful staff. would recommend.

Everything as expected.
Perfect location, everything is near, the ski slopes could not be nearer, also the ticket office. Food was great, also the wellness and saunas, especially the ruheraum and teas for recovery.

Parking is limited and if you do not reserve parking space for which you have to pay extra, you have to find parking somewhere in the city and those parking spaces are also very limited. Furthermore, you have to hike back up to the hotel.
Clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Close to ski lift (ski to door). Very friendly staff.

No parking space if not reserved. Public parking space down the hill is quite far from hotel, especially if you need do come up to hotel with small children. There is no connected rooms in hotel, would be more suitable for familiy.
The room was comfortable and the food delicious, children enjoyed the pool even though water was a bit cold.

One time se could not find something to eat at dinner. But we are probably too picky.
The Butler card was a nice surprise 🙂 everybody was really friendly and happy to help it it was necessary.

Climb to the hotel was tough, parking to be paid extra which is minus for such a big hotel. We parked on the street for free. Bathroom is small.
We had a great stay at this hotel, only one night though. Breakfast and dinner were great, really good and diverse food. View on the mountain and lake from a room was great also.
