The breakfast lacked variety. The pool was very small. The bedsheets were uncomfortable; we had to put blanket covers on the bed to avoid the rough bedsheets.

The apartment was super spacious and well furnished. The staff was very helpful. The hotel location was very good, also close to the cable cars to Hochzeiger peak. The view from the hotel was very good! The provided us with the Pitztal summer card which helped us avail all the cable cars free of cost. The hotel has good parking availability with the option of electric car charging. The restaurant served good food.

The room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of our stay—delicious and plentiful, with a variety of options. We also dined at the pizzeria, and both the food and service were excellent. Every member of staff we encountered during our stay was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable.

We stayed at Wellness Aparthotel Panorama Alpin for 7 days, and everything was amazing. I just want to mention one thing: the breakfast. When I stay at a place for more than 2 nights, I’d love to see a more varied breakfast selection. The dinner at the pizzeria was outstanding every night we ate there, but we would love to see some improvements to the breakfast menu. Thank you!

We stayed at Wellness Aparthotel Panorama Alpin for 7 days, and everything was amazing. The room offered a stunning view of the valley. We spent every day at the spa, which was unbelievably relaxing after a day on the slopes. Luigi creates true masterpieces in the pizza oven.

Having the sauna open a bit later in sommer would be nice, but 8 pm is not too bad either.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, they have us great suggestions and helped when we needed. Nice location, with plenty of parking spaces and bus stop right at the door. The room was really spacious and the beds comfortable. Real, authentic, delicious Italian pizza (this we did not expect, it was a very pleasant surprise). Plenty hiking opportunities and great sauna to relax afterwards. Last, bus definitely not least, the Pitztal (Summer) card which was included in the booking, was amazing, it enabled us to hike more and to see great places, like the Wildspitze from nearby at 3440m, Sechszeiger and Imst from above. I really recommend this place and would most gladly visit again

The hotel has a nice wellness. However, one day, when none of the heating in the wellness worked, the staff could not be reached.

Excellent breakfast, lots to choose from. Comfortable beds. View from the room was superb. Very good connection with local bus services. And with the Pitztall summer card you have all you need.

An amazing view from the balcony, A kitchen in our apartment is really bonus for the family,do you have what you need. Thanks to the staff for the loundry our clothing. A breakfast so simple.every day a breakfast is same. The size of the apartment was very good.

Breakfast was not so great. Warm was only scrambled eggs. I ate and everything was fresh but not too many choice. Balcony window opens quite strange. Reception working till 4 or 5 pm. Of course, after that restaurant person helping, but for 4 Star Hotel is quite strange.. Need to pay additionally for towels even if You take Yours. Also, I need to clean the room and take out trash outside to the container (I never had experience like this in any hotels, especially for 2 nights for 2 people I paid 600 euro.

Everything was great. Room with amazing view. Just 700meters from Hochzeiger cable car means about 10min by foot or by bus 3min. Staff was really friendly. They try to help as much as they can. English level very good. Restaurant 2 gentlemens are fantastic (sending very warm greetings). Room is very warm. The bathroom is very clean and has both shower and a bathtub, which is great idea. Restaurant food for lunch and dinner is great and I really recommend. Room is really good equipment in kitchen part in room- You can cook if You want. Beds are very comfortable.

The pillows were uncomfortable. The carpet in the room was coming up by the door. It was just some minor things that could be improved.

The spa area was really nice. The breakfast was good. It was overall comfortable and close to the ski slope.

Amazing place and immediate vicinity to the mountain. Exciting trip to the hotel uphil. Very spacious and clean rooms. Nice Italian restaurant. Spa facility is very nice and velcoming, beautiful view around.

I'm sending tips for improvement. In no way did they affected our amazing stay and vacation and I really look forward to going back again with my family. For me the best accommodation in the area! Mentioned the quality of coffee at breakfast (very subjective feeling). The kitchen on the first floor facing the slope had no curtains in the large window. We missed the privacy a bit. The hallway lacked a jacket rack, they are only in the rooms, it was not practical. The light in the hallway is on a sensor, could not be turned off at night and triggered every time we moved - night mode would have been great.

What makes this accommodation unique are the people who work there. They are very friendly, attentive, and communicative. The hotel is very clean and offers an incredible wellness area for relaxation. The pool is great but only for kids who can swim and be supervised. There is a sauna of different types, and after a day of hiking or skiing, I can't imagine a better way to relax. Also worth mentioning is the hotel pizzeria, which is beyond anything we were used to. Great selection and excellent wines. Excellent and tasty food at a reasonable price. The location of the hotel is perfect, offering tranquility and beautiful views. It is a short walk to the slopes and the bus, which will take you one stop away if you don't want to walk at all. Overall the number of rooms, size of beds and amenities were perfect, and we missed absolutely nothing. We really didn't want to leave. The games room for the kids is a great idea, only the co-op games on the xbox are not set up and I believe the older kids would find it very entertaining. As for breakfast: A rich and tasty breakfast was prepared every morning. The only thing missing was sausages, and the coffee machine didn't offer very good espresso. Otherwise, the quality and variety of the food was amazing. There was a choice of vegetables, fruit, eggs, pastries, and something healthy and sweet for the kids. Final tip: Visit the Aqua Dome thermal pools - 30km as the crow flies, but the drive is an hour. It's worth it! Just be sure to book in advance or you may not get in!

The swimming pool is very small, very cold and not really inviting for a swim. There was no staff, the bare minimum, in the hotel. The breakfast was very small and limited in choices. Not really what I expect from a 4* hotel. The restaurant was good but the location, inside the hotel, is far from ideal. Many noisy customers during the opening hours and when they leave. Our apartment was located at the streetside, no panorama!, and the street is very busy from 5-6am in the morning.

Our apartment was big with a lot of space. Good quality equipment in the kitchen. Wellness area was OK
