We found small spider web under the bad and chairs which wasn't that great.

The location was good. The view was awesome and the room was nice. The paeking is ok and it's close (5 min with the car) to the höfer store which is a plus.

Quite close to Hallstatt town by driving, and not being bothered by the crowds in the town. A good restaurant with history right next door, delicious food. No need to go far to have dinner or lunch.

Nice clean rooms, we had a balcony with the view on the mountains and Traun river. In the walking distances: train and bus stations, more than 450 years old restaurant Steegwirt with exceptional cuisine.

Overall, the hotel is wonderful. From the terrace, you can see beautiful nature. It is very close to the train station. The staff was good and friendly.

The check-in time was between 2:00 and 6:00 PM. Due to this, I had to leave the paid parking area in Hallstatt early to complete the check-in, and then return to the parking afterwards. As a result, I spent additional time finding a parking spot again and ended up paying twice for parking in the village. This inconvenience could have been avoided if the entry PIN/code for the electronic doors had been shared earlier via phone or WhatsApp. Although I had requested this in advance, the request was declined by the property owner. Despite arriving by 5:30 PM, there was no one at the reception, and the code was eventually shared over the phone afterwards. That said, the property's location is convenient if you are travelling by car. The room was neat and clean, the morning breakfast was nice, and the staff was friendly.

Not really much I didn't like. It is more expensive than typical hotels in Salzburg but the views and environment are well worth it.

The host was very friendly and flexible. He is not fluent with English so I managed to communicate with a mix of Mandarin and English with him. I believe I was one of two guests at this time (non-seasonal). Breakfast was just the host cooking and preparing for me. On the second morning he brought the whole buffet to my table since it was just me. I loved the location. The rooms have balconies, with good views from all sides overlooking the mountains and villages and river. Good access to Steeg Gosau train station and bus station (7 mins walk). From this train station, it is one stop to Hallstatt 3 mins walk to the river bank which is what I did every morning and evening. A very relaxing stay.

Even it's not in the heart of Hallstatt (10 mins drive) but the surroundings is very beautiful with moutain view. The lake is 5 mins walk up front with a nice river (sadly it was flooded when we were there). The bed is big and comfy, clean. The host is contacted us on whatsapp and very nice.

Whatsapp between the owner was a bit slow and we were at one point worried we weren't able to check in.

The place was extremely clean and renovated! It was great to have breakfast available as well. I also really loved how you could actually check-in with a code so it was self-service. The location was also very close to all the sights, making it a convenient spot. It's exactly as it looks in the photos.

The room facilities were all new, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. The environment was serene, with a small balcony offering beautiful mountain views every day. There was free parking, and it took around 15 minutes to drive to Hallstatt. During our 3-day stay, we met the hotel owner's family, who were all very warm, friendly, and hospitable, providing lots of useful information. When we encountered a problem and sought the owner's help, they spent a great deal of time assisting us, which was truly touching and appreciated - this level of enthusiasm and support is not something you can experience at every hotel. It was an excellent accommodation experience overall. :D

Breakfast is very simple. Nothing gluten-free. However, it was standard. Everything fresh, so, not really to complain about. I would also wish table outside, there is a terrace on the fresh air, but without tables. Some decoration in the room would also be nice, there are just white walls, but not a big deal for a one night stand.

Very quiet and clean. Location near the road, 15 min by car to Hallstatt and 15 min to thermal complex in Bad Ischl. The host is very friendly and nice. Free parking. Very comfortable bed, excellent place to sleep. Nice rustikal view from the balcony. Teapot in the room is nice. Everything looks new. Perfect for a weekend trip to Salzkammergut.
