Shops a bit far. Noise from construction work outside starting drilling at 7AM. Breakfast is very expensive (18 euros) and not worth the money, with no vegan/vegetarian options (not even non-dairy milk for coffee)

Location was good while also quiet. Room was spacious. Very large bathroom with a tub and large mirror. Two room keys. Comfy beds.

There was an electric kettle in the room with some welcome coffee and tea bags which were never resupplied during our 5-day stay. However there is a coffee machine in the lobby which provides great choices of coffee if your coffee hours do not match Viena's. Room cleaning staff forgot to empty the disposal bins during our last day there but I am sure it was a mistake.

Very conveniently placed, in a quiet area. Discreet and efficient reception staff. Very VERY clean. The roof terrace was open 24/7. We visited Viena at 35 degrees and the air conditioning worked independently of the room electrical system. The room was quite big and had plenty of storage facilities.

The accommodation was in a quiet location in a green area, about 10 minutes walk to the metro. The room was a good size, separate bathroom and toilet, clean. The mattress was very comfortable, you could sleep well. The staff was nice, we did not have breakfast.

The receptionists were nice but did not speak much english so it was hard to communicate. The room key wasn't working so they had to change it twice. The room itself was alright and clean, a bit too warm (there was a fan, and the aircon was not doing much if I am being honest)

The Hotel Strudlhof is well located, being in a quiet street, only about 5-10 mins walk from various restaurants and about a 20-30 min walk from Vienna's historic centre. The rooms were good with air conditioning and the breakfast buffet was a decent standard.

The biggest inconvenience was the A/C - a lot of noise, no cooling at all, and it was really hot.

Location was great, the room was spacious, but definitely in need of a facelift.

Although, I was told that I didn't have to book a parking space, there was none available. That the park house was full, could only be discovered at the entrance, which is at the end of a very steep slope. Hard to come back out of there. Another park house was across the road, 5€ more in fee. A bit of a muddle, that one can do without after a 7 hour drive.

The reception staff is very friendly and helpful.

Spacious breakfast room with a good food offering. Unfortunately, we had a small issue with our booking. We liked the positive approach of the staff who handled the issue professionally, quickly and efficiently - thank you very much for your response.

There was a strange humming noise from outside, that disturbed a bit during the night when we would have liked to sleep with the windows open. I didn't figure out if it was the building's own ventilation, something from another building or something third. The key cards stopped working at some point, but that was quickly fixed by the staff.

Good location close to the centrum, but not touristy. Quiet area, no car noise, close to a big park and some nice architecture. The room was huge, almost like having a little apartment. Finally a hotel room with enough storage space and hangers to pack out our clothes, hang towels to dry and so on. Bathtub added a little luxury.
