This time the bathroom was quite small. The toilet was much too close to the sink and would cause a problem for taller or wider people.

We were there two times and we will probably come back.

It is a steep walk down to the center where most restaurants are located. The breakfast was very limited by the time we got to eat (although well before the breakfast ends).

Modern, properly equipped room. Bike storage was easy to manage. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful. It is at the top of the city, so it is very convenient for those on the Alpe-Adria bike tour, as most of the difficulty is completed by getting to the hotel, the next day will be very easy. The great spa is at a short walk.

It was for a single-night stay a perfect fit for our needs. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, so was the room. Perfect for a night or two.

Great value for the price! Not too far from the station, a supermarket is nearby, close to the gondolas that take you up to the mountains as well. Staff was very friendly!

Good location for the Alpe Adria cyclists (already at the top of the Bad Gastein, so the most difficult part of the bicycle path is done, with place to store your bycycle), possibility to reserve for extra symbolic price sauna and jacuzzi, European breakfast (cold plates, warm dishes, diary products, fruits, all 👌🏻) afternoon-evening bar next to the reception. Staff at the Reception very nice and friendly. Clean room.

In our room, the television was mounted in an awkward way - the stand fixed to the wall in a narrow niche between the wall and a cupboard, while the television itself was kind of hanging in the air under an angle which was not good to watch it from the bed, nor the sofa. and was protruding into the room. This is something you could definitely do better.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the main road, yet it was quiet. We were a family with 4 children and had two rooms and staild one night. The rooms were reasonably sized and clean. Breakfast, standard continental, was good, and gluten-free bread available on request too. I learned that this hotel was actually a Czech one, all instructions and information was also in Czech/English. What surprised me was that in the middle of Austria, I saw almost no German language in the hotel. Parking was plentiful available. Very reasonably priced, yet one has to note that this was end of June/beginning July.

Nothing really , exceeded expectations.

We stayed in a three bedroomed self contained appartment , which, as far as I could make out, was the only one. As it was up in the roof almost, there were a few strange angles but nothing that puts you off what is a very clean, well appointed comfortable appartment . Lovely shower and jacuzzi bath. We had breakfast at the hotel which was included in the price. Buffet type which is typical in the area , food plentiful with a good variety. Ski room with boot heaters and a reasonably priced bar. Evening meal was possible but not taken, we opted to go out into Bad Gastein each night which was about 10-15 minutes walk away. From what I could see , it offered a choice of 3 dinners for a reasonable cost. Ticked a lot of the boxes.

Not a complaint, just a suggestion - Front desk times are sufficient BUT only if there is someone there at those advertised times. A few times it was left unmanaged which resulted in having to wait or going back.

Great location and all that is needed for a comfortable stay. Would certainly go back again.

Very cold in bathroom, because heater did not work. After notifying the staff it was solved but it took 2 days. WIFI almost without signal in the room.

Room was clean and quite, very small but enough. Breakfast excellent and dinner good enough. Very tasty but very limited choice (just one meal with meat and one vegetarian meal)

Breakfast opened only at 8:00. Would be cool if it opened earlier so that you can go to the ski lift at 8:30.

Food was good and dinner was served fast. The bar also has some good choices.

The room was a bit used, there were missing shelves in the wardrobe, the coffee table was a little dodgy. But thats all fine. The biggest dissapointment was that the breakfast starts at 8 am when the ski lifts go from 8:30. We had to skip breakfast to get on the slopes early.

The bathroom was beautiful with loads of hot water. Good mattresses. Close to the ski lifts.

Stunning view from the balcony, I was genuinely impressed. Nice staff, the breakfast was alright - there was a table-room assignment so you had your own table. Some equipment however was outdated and requires maintenance (the pool table for example). All in all, highly recommended especially considering the price.
