Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel is located by the vinery. The area seems to be rural, but it is easily accessible, just 2 tram stops from the Hauptbahnhof. The room is comfortable and clean.

BelgiumOur rooms weren’t next to eachother. I forgot to ask. Also our room was very hot and no airco. But we opened the windows and that helped. Very soft mattress , i am used to a bard one. But that is personal. All luxury problems! I miss a personal reception ☺️

Czech RepublicAll written instructions only in German language (comunication with the owner via booking chat was possible in English though). We really missed possibility to have a cup of tea or coffee during afteroons/evenings, there was no staff at the place and restaurant was not open during our stay (only in the morning when we were leaving and only until 8:30). Electric kettle in the room would make a big difference to the comfort, at least for us ;-)
Room was spotless clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated. The location is great when you travel with a dog as we did. Easy check-in (door code was sent with other instructions). As we stayed there out of season, the place was very quiet. Room was warm enough (beginning of March). Even if beds felt to be too soft, we slept well. Very short way to the tram stop and short time to go to the center.
