Our toilet bin had not been emptied. Only a small amount of toilet paper was there when we got into the room. I had to ask for more at reception. We asked for the room to be cleaned on one day of our stay. It was not done when we got back in. We had to ask for fresh towels and could only get hand towels. The receptionists were apologetic.

Location is excellent, beside train and bus station and a 10 min walk to the town centre. Staff were very helpful and spoke English as we don't speak German. Rooms are basic but adequate. Minimal noise from the trains.

I thought the hotel was slightly let down by their breakfast of limited choice and low quality ingredients

Clean and modern and everything works. Perfect location, right by the train and bus stations, for frequent services to Lake Konstanz (Bodensee), Lindau, Bregenz, Chur (Germany Austria and Switzerland) and Innsbruck, and buses to Liechtenstein. The old town is about a 15 minutes walk (or 2 stops on the bus) from the hotel

Not a complaint about the property but trying to find the garage was difficult. Sat nav kept taking me to what I later found was the exit. It’s an underground garage with a separate entrance a few hundred metres away. Breakfast could have had a little more choice.

Bit dark inside ( maybe that’s why it’s called night inn? 😂) Bathroom good but bit weird with sink kinda in the room, seems a ‘ modern’ idea in some new European hotels and space saving.

Room was reasonable size, clean and modern. Good breakfast. Restaurant decent value and can eat / drink outside on a terrace. Parking entrance and hotel bit difficult to find but underground parking was massive! Lift straight up into hotel, so all in all a good setup. 10 mins walk to old town. Would stay again. Staff were great and helpful.

- However the breakfast buffet was good there's a big room for improvement, especially on the weekends. We went for breakfast at 8.30am and both times the food wasn't replenished until 9.30 so our choices were limited. Cutlery, bowls and coffee cups were missing and tables were dirty full with used dishes, we had to move things aside so we could sit at an unclean table. There was only one coffee machine running and both days it broke down for a while, resulting in a very long line for coffee. There was only one person doing everything and was heavily understaffed, the women from reception had to help out all the while they had people waiting to check out. I think this could be easily fixed with an extra person helping out. It's just a pity to pay full price for a half breakfast buffet... - There's a coffee maker in the room but no coffee and no cups, so that's a bit weird.

Beautiful and clean hotel in a great location if you want to visit Liechtenstein and Switzerland. The rooms are big and comfortable. We had some trouble with the self check-in at night but could call a phone number and were able to check-in! The breakfast is good and there's plenty of choice. Also the restaurant in the evening serves very good food and the two young women do a very good job at managing the crowds! We had dinner here twice during our stay and both times it was amazing!

Check in was not efficient. Twenty minutes for something that should have taken two minutes. Beds were rather small. The entrance to the hotel is surprisingly difficult to find. Even more so if you arrive by vehicle as it's in an area where vehicular access is prohibited. None of this was explained beforehand.

Staff is fine but could be better with a bit more of organization. They pretty much seems not very able to speak english fluently, so the check in was particularly complicated- even if I have to admit that an Italian family is always tricky. Room a bit hot during the night.

Very good services, very clean and organized place. Good breakfast and absolutely good coffee. Good self check in and pretty secure too. Simple but modern rooms, comfortable beds and relaxing shower.

It was clearly signed from the train station and right next to the bus station. So it was perfect for us using public transport. It was still just a walk away from the sightseeing areas so convenient. The hotel design is modern, chic and sleek. The staff were all wonderfully friendly and helpful.
