The place in general. Amazing breakfast and dinner, many options, we have chosen HB option and it was very worth! The pool area, especially the saunas was amazing, I loved that one with smell of pine. The view to the mountain from our room was stunning 🤩 . Everything was perfect. Helpful team, nice location to explore area, go for hike etc.

The view from the room was amazing, the room itself was warm, cosy and clean and the bathroom was really nice. Location was easy access via the bus to Seefeld and the ski areas. Ski school to hire equipment just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Loved the spa area. Perfect.

Food is exceptional. Location excellent, make the most of the free bus. The view of the mountains is v special. Be sure to access the woodland trails behind the hotel, the path goes to Seefeld. Spa facilities are perfect.

On Bookings I booked a DELUXE room . Normally that is an upgrade at least one category. Although NIDUM placed us in a low level and low category room with a terrible View of a roof... I specially asked for high level but did not get that. VERY DISIPOINTING! Tryed to upgrade but the it was fully booked. My experience is that Bookings get the least attraktive rooms. In this case this was absolutely true.

Everything about this place was just great. The staff looked after us so we’ll they made us feel like the only guests! The spa is lovely , and the view is even better. Will be coming back !!

There was a baby among the guests, which was disappointing because I chose the place for the quiet and “adults only”. After a journey of 6 hours by train and bus, upon arrival I would have liked a welcome drink like previous years and would have appreciated to be checked in swiftly, but the 2nd receptionist was in the back and did not come forward when his colleague called.

Excellent food, quiet (mostly, except 1 baby), gorgeous view, serene and clean spa areas.

The accommodation is very modern and luxurious. The spa facility is great. NIDUM is a great place to find some rest. Breakfast was good with a nice smoothie bar. Dinner was exceptional.

There's nothing to complain about, the only one very very small thing would be another pillow in the room.

The staff are the true USP of this hotel, every evening meal our order was remembered, and on every visit to the spa they were beyond accommodating and just wanted to look after you at every opportunity! It's the small things, like offering a free drink on arrival or when leaving this hotel they offered a bottle of water for the ride.

Bathroom has a window in the wall connecting it with the bedroom which is illogical and annoying. Bathroom and WC have only sliding door and the ventilation is missing.
