Some electrical outlets weren't working, meaning phones took a very long time to charge after being plugged in. The kettle was broken and you had to hold the button to keep it on. The shower door was also broken. Furthermore, upon arrival, we discovered that only one set of towels had been left, considering there were only two of us.

It was clean. It' s good for people that only came to sleep for a short period of time.

Very good place where to stay for few days. It is at the stepdoor of the U3 line 10 min from the center, all kind of shops facilities down the street. The shared room is casual but functional and clean. Staff is very kind and communicative. You'll appreciate your stay.

The host was great. I did a last minute booking in the morning and he replied with minutes and helped me out with everything. Even allowed me to check in early.

Towels need an update. The building itself, the facade, entrance, and stairs haven't been done in decades! Very old building with zero maintenance. There was rubbish on the floor in the hallway of the building. 4th floor with no lift.

It was quiet and clean (all basic but clean and tidy). The bedroom had a lock to keep your belongings safe. Good communication with the host, he brought something to eat as we left early morning, that was a very nice gesture :)

The place was great with comfy room, bathroom and kitchen and close to public transport. The host, was so helpful and kind, I cannot overstate how much. We were travelling with bikes and he selflessly found us a place to lock them and keep them out of rain, even with limited storage in the apartment. He also greeted us with refreshing drink and tasty pastry to have after the long journey. Whatever we needed, he provided, and more. He even packed us on our way when we were leaving early in the morning with more of the pastry. Thank you so much! We really enjoyed our stay.

Giordano was a very nice and attentive host. He was kind, responsive and very accomodating. The apartement is clean and quiet. It is located very close from the metro. The area is nice and safe. I definitely recommand.

The location was 30 minutes away from the one advertised on booking.com, which was very inconvenient. The host informed only via WhatsApp about the different location. In addition the pictures did not match with the reality as it was a completily different and much less attractive room. I am still waiting for a response and refund from booming.com customer service.

The room was NOT as advertised. Was located at an address different than what was on the original booking page. Shared bathroom was with a long term person (their personal items were all over the bathroom - dirty towels, toothbrush, hair brush and hair). The bed will not fit two people. When I booked the room I requested two beds. Owner offered a cancellation 24 hrs prior to arrival, which I declined hoping it would work. Upon arrival is when we found all of this out. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't answer the phone to talk, would only text. Not flexible at all. To top if off, WiFi did not work, you had to stand in the patio area just to get cell service. Horrible experience and he refuses to process my cancellation request.

The original place was occupied and the host was not taking care of the calendar and once I booked, he called me and offer me a different location and I didn’t want it, but it was in the middle of the night so please return my money

Hi, booking team first of all I was not in this place he it was occupied but others people the host give me option to go to another place and it was in the middle of the night. I asked for him to cancel that and I tried as well to cancel this booking And nobody responds from your team. The place was horrible. It’s a part floor smelly, small room, horrible mattress sharing toilet and shower and even maybe flea in the mattress so it was disaster and the guy offer me to pay him later because he was not sure if booking will cancel his Mistake

I have specifically reserved a 11pm-00 checking because my concert ended at 11:30. The host negotiated it to be midnight, which I accepted, even though the weather was freezing, but he managed to arrive only at 00:30 and started saying crappy excuses about his delay. It turned out that the room was unheated and I did try my best to look for a heating appliance, but there was none. The bedsheets were worn out, dirty and hairy. And before you blurt out the usual nonsense dear host, that I have seen under other negatve comments, maybe you just should think about what kind of service is this. For example, do not let the customer choose check-in time in periods where you are not available, and some minor cleaning would turn this around... In the meanime, the host started harassing me in SMS; "tomorrow I report you to boking.com for bad behavior and hoping that no one ever gives you the chance to book a room, in the presentation you wrote expected arrival between 11-12 pm, I told you that the pizzeria where I left the keys closed at 10:30 pm and I had no way to leave the keys I arrived at 12:30 am, I brought you some sweets you left the room as if you were pigs who slept maybe they were cleaner!! the heating is automatic because it is 25 degrees in the house but you could have asked, I pay a cleaning service and the sheets are clean I hope to never meet people like you again" The problem is - these things are simply not true. The room was between 18-20 degrees AT BEST, look at the pictures for the quality of the bed sheets. Also - If I choose an arrival time on the website that is available, I do not expect the host being late. Calling your customers pigs, depserately trying to report them and lying is not the brightest idea when you are offering a service. I have wrote this review in good faith, something to be learnt from, but the host does not deserve the chance of booking there or anything.
