The fridge in our room does not work and no one actually came to fix it after we reported.

The room is spacious and it's close to metro line U3. Receptionists are super friendly.

The rooms furniture and baths are dated and needs renovation. The variety of the breakfast buffet could improve.

The rooms are spacious, and clean. The property is spreading between 2 connected buildings, of 6 floors each. There is no view from the rooms - but it is located directly above Neubaugasse U station - superb location.

Perfect place excellent neighbourhood with beautiful coffee shops & bars. Metro was right below the hotel. 20 minutes walk from Center if you prefer walking.

It is kind of hidden in the back of the Mariahilferstrasse entrance, past shops, with steps up to the reception and also to the room. The better entrance is from Lindenstrasse.

Spacious enough room to accommodate three adults. Air conditioned rooms which was indispensable in the summer heat. Parking garage is right next to the hotel and reasonably priced. Good location, right by a subway/metro station (U3) and in walking distance to the first district.

Lack of free parking

This is my fourth stay at this hotel, and I choose it mainly for its excellent location on Mariahilfer Strasse and the convenience of having air conditioning during Vienna’s hot summer days. The rooms are spacious, clean, and divided into two areas — a living room and a bedroom — which is especially nice when traveling with family. The location is unbeatable, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The staff are always very helpful. One change this year is that free parking is no longer available; it now costs €22 per night.

Great Location - perhaps one of the best place to stay in Vienna. Not more than 20 minutes to the Stephan Dom- the walk could not be more pleasant passing.Very friendly staff. The building is nice and big, it is a bit old, but still well maintained. Perhaps the rooms could be a bit more modern, but they are big and comfortable enough.

I don't fancy bathtubs in hotel rooms. They are slippery and uncomfortable, this one was no exception. Also the price was not really good, considering all amenities.

Cool hotel, the room (not the standard one) was very spacious, we had a good sleep. No complaints about breakfast. Big plus for a parking.

Not very charming experience (no great views, sterile environment etc), but very functional.

Great location for holidays in Vienna! The hotel is a located in an anonymous location, inside a commercial complex, but just off the main shopping street and with direct access to the metro and just a stone’s throw from the Museum Quarter. Parking garage directly at the entrance.

Bed a bit hard, and rather uncomfortable bedsheet. Unsatisfactory system for drying off the towels in the bathroom. If they could have dried off better they would not have needed changing every day.

there is no view from the windows to the street (for all the rooms in the hotel) there is no door between the bathroom to the shower...

If I had to be picky, the bed and pillow could be a bit more suited to my preferences. It would be nice to have power outlets on both sides of the bed — unless I missed them. I’d also appreciate slightly better chairs, a movable table instead of one fixed to the wall, and a somewhat more comfortable sofa. That said, none of these things were deal-breakers — we would definitely be happy to come back.

We had a very pleasant stay — the room was comfortable, and the location was excellent for everything we needed. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and we were delighted to receive a thoughtful birthday surprise during our stay. It really made our visit special.

The entrance to the hotel from Mariahilfer Strasse was a bit «sketchy». There is another more conventional entrance on a street parallel to Mariahilfer, but it was a longer walk particularly if you are coming by ubahn.

The kitchenette was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and well furnished.
