The bathroom was a bit small, and our room faced the courtyard with one window looking directly onto the wall of the neighboring building.

We had a wonderful winter stay. The accommodation was very pleasant, and the hospitality of the hosts was truly exceptional. Breakfasts were generous and varied. The main part of town was just a short walk away, and both ski and cross-country trails were easily accessible—either by public transport nearby or by car, with parking conveniently located across from the property. The outdoor hot tub in the garden was a real treat after a day on the slopes—refreshing and relaxing!

We absolutely loved our stay at Nefer House! The hosts are lovely, very welcoming and friendly. They made us feel at home :) the house has been recently refurbished and there’s plenty of additional facilities like kitchen, wine bar, jacuzzi, ski room. The house is located very close to the ski bus and restaurants. Bad Gastein itself is a beautiful little town, very picturesque and we really enjoyed walking around it in the evening. I would highly recommend the ski area, Nefer House and Bad Gastein. We know we will be back next season :)

The accommodation was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Andreas and Edda (and their sons) are wonderful people, and they helped us with many things — giving us suggestions for restaurants and, based on the weather, recommending the best slopes for the day. They offer delicious breakfast, and if you let them know about special dietary needs, like gluten-free, they will take good care of you! Edda, your bananabread is just perfect! The location is also great for everything you want to do. Overall, the guest house is cozy and pretty. We felt very welcomed and were treated like family. A huge thank you to Andreas and Edda for everything!

Super friendly and excellent service by owners. Breakfast is amazing and the atmosphere during the full stay was relaxed. The house is full of beatiful details, decorated with style and there is all you need for perfect ski holiday accomodation. We hope we’ll be able to come back soon.

Exceptionally helpful and kind staff, who went over their way to welcome us and help us get the vacation started. Location was excellent, close to town centre as well as ski buss. We enjoyed full privacy to spend time with the family, but were always able to get help and support when needed.

Loved everything!Wonderful. I strongly recommend! Incredible accommodation, beautiful, big, comfortable and with great location. The hosts and especially Edda were fantastic and very helpful. Edda provided us everything we needed and gave all the tourist tips for Bad Gastein and the surrounding area, organized everything with great care and prepared an incredible breakfast every day. It was a very beautiful house with lovely hosts. We had a very pleasant stay here - room was beutiful and clean and we had everything we needed, including good parking space for free. The breakfast was amazing and I loved the way they put effort into little details. There was also very nice and well equipped kitchen to use for cooking, and we had a chance to use jacuzzi under the night stars. Warm recommendation to stay here!

We liked everything about this stay. The warm welcome and kindness of the hosts, the superb breakfast, the quality of the building, the beds, the facilities. Really good. But also the tips for skiing and restaurants and the knowledge of the surroundings. This really made our stay even better. We would love to come back and also experience it in summer.

Nefer guesthouse is very nicely located near Bad Gastein ski area and main lift, which good parking possibilities. The host couple is very caring and ready to help you to make your holiday the best one. Shared kitchen was very well-equipped and practical if you like to make your own meals. On the other hand ready made breakfast by the host couple is also worth while to experience.

Breakfast room is rather small so you share the table with other guests. No problem for us, but good to know.

Charming, very clean and comfortable place. The owners Andreas and Edda are very very friendly and helpful. They threat the place as it is their home and do everything to make you feel at welcome. Great breakfast (optional). Location is good; approx 15 minutes walking distance from the main skilift station (Stubnerkogelbahn); 10 minutes to the village centre and restaurants. Bus station around the corner.
