I thought the people that worked there were really great and helpful, especially Cecilia! She helped me plan my day each day. She was so helpful and very sweet! Can’t thank her enough! The property is fantastic! It has to be one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

The parking is a short walk from the hotel, which might be an issue for some (although it did not really affect us).

We were given an upgraded room upon arrival, with a bottle of champagne for welcome. The room was huge, including a bathtub, and very clean. The garden looked very nice, although we did not make use of it due to persistent rain. The hotel is also located very close to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back if we ever visit Innsbruck again.

The location was great, the staff very friendly and helpful, the room beautiful with unexpected surprises. Some unexpected perks. We would have liked to stay longer but could not.

Bathroom was a bit tiny and dark. Windows were overlooking cafe and street which was from time to time noisy because of the customers and traffic.

Hotel located close to the historical center and cafes, which was very convenient. Very pleasant and supportive staff have provided all possible help and were very friendly. Complimentary prosecco was a nice welcome bonus from hotel. Internal hotel garden was charming! We enjoyed it a lot!

everything is perfect

I think that is by far the most beautiful hotel ever, the design is impeccable, the gardens, the terrace, the every single detail of the room is beyond any expectations. I would recommend that hotel to anyone.

Bathroom is very very small. Standard rooms are very small with only the bed to sit on NO aircondition which makes very hot days very hot in the room. We were there for 3 nights - every night the bar was closed.

Very nice hotel - very close to alle attractions and city center. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable with a pillow menu :-) Upon arrival we were welcomed with af bottle of proceseco in our room. Very nice. Quiet area.

The hotel was perfect for our one night stay in Innsbruck. A ten minute walk from the train station and five min walk to the airport bus made the location ideal. The design is great and we enjoyed the lovely garden in the evening as well as for breakfast. The breakfast buffet was also very good with plenty of healthy and less healthy options.

Lovely hotel, very zen and cool, with charming staff members and ideally located 10 min walk from the Golden Roof. Beautiful views on the mountain. The staff had prepared recommendations for restaurants and cafes, which was really nice.

The room design was wonderful and original. However,for our personal taste, it was not restful. Too many different textures, pieces of furniture,and mirror tiles all over. The cabinet over the basin protruded over the bed with a real risk that someone sitting up suddenly would forget it was there and crack their head.

The accommodation was excellent. The rooms are beautifully designed and clean, the staff very helpful, and the hotel is located in a great area—close to the city center and public transport stops. We had a beautiful view from the window, and we really appreciated the welcome drink. We will definitely return to this hotel.

The kitchen utensils were incomplete....a bit inconvenient to prepare the meals.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The welcome drinks and fruit were bonuses. The breakfast buffet was tasty with enough options. The garden room was nice with a small kitchen for us to prepare some simple dishes. The sitting area in the garden was lovely and we enjoyed resting and having small chats after sightseeing. The location of the hotel was perfect where was easy access to the old town, train station, and bus stops. It's a great stay overall.
