Amazing location, all the good restaurants are nearby and the public transport is very easy to get to all the places around in Viena. The staff was very nice and helpful and the facilities are great - terrace upstairs, gym and even bicycles that you can grab and travel with!

We loved the location of the property. Hashim at reception was very helful & friendly as was the other gentleman (sorry don't know his name). The room was great, comfortable and very quiet. We were within walking distance to major tourist attractions, train station and hop on and hop off bus. Supermarket downstairs. My mum and I stayed there 6 years ago and enjoyed the property. We would certainly stay there again.

The Location could not be better. It is right at the center of the city, surrounded by restaurants, shops, historical sights, etc.

Dining table small in the duplex room.(but it was huge in the other room we lived a few years back.) if plan to cook better not book the duplex room.

Second time here. We lived in the duplex room this time and my son loves it. Clean and comfortable. walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Subway station nearby where we went to farther places like the Prater Amusement Park which my son loves. Clean, quiet and safe area. The bathtub and bathroom is beautiful. We cooked in the open kitchen. Staff in reception is polite and helpful. We can store luggage there in the last day.

NOT a convenient location for a good double bed. One side of the bed is completely adjacent to the wall with the window. But I understand this is the only possible solution.

excellent location in the central part of the city. friendly and helpful staff. Direct access to the elevator. Nice room with excellent kitchen and a full set of everything you need. Modern bathroom with an excellent shower. Sufficient number of towels, All photos correspond to reality.

Needed a frying pan, not just saucepans, but that’s minor.

Elegant, spacious and very clean. A lovely apartment in a great location only 10 minutes walk from Stephanplatz or Schwedenplatz. Right next door there is a Spar Gourmet supermarket which was perfect. Very comfortable bed and pillows. We would happily return. The concierge man was very helpful with everything and nothing was too much trouble, thank you.

Given the amount we pay , the washing machine and dryers should be on each floor and free. It is very annoying to look for coins and then go to the basement for each load.

The location was fantastic! Walking distance to all the places of interest. Right next door to a grocery store. The bakery at the corner is very good. The apartment is also well designed and quite comfortable. We used the cooker head and kept the window open when we cooked. This greatly reduces the probability of smoke. Staff was very helpful with recommendations.

None that is worthy of mention

The apartment is centrally located in a lively area with easy access to the landmarks. It has a modern look as it is well furnished. The kitchen utensils suffice to keep you fed during your stay. It has a reception. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They helped us with our wishes and answered our questions with patience and understanding. The shower works perfectly, all the machines are working fine. In short, a great place to stay (with or without family members).

A helpful and friendly staff. Very nice and clean room with comfortable bed and other facilities. The location is fantastic. There are shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. The bus station and metro are also very close. We were allowed to leave our luggage after check out until we went to the airport. If I visit Vienna for the second time, I will definitely stay here again.

Noise from late night driving or partying can be heard on a Saturday night when we left the windows opened. But with the windows closed and air conditioning on, it was fine.

The only downside is that it doesn't have a real kitchen hood. There is a portable carbon filter that you can place near the pan while cooking but it's not like a real one. So if you are looking to do a lot of cooking, this might be something to consider.

Excellent location to visit Vienne. The apartment was nice and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to go there again on our next visit.

We really enjoyed the stay! The stuff were helpful and friendly, location is amazing (restaurants just around the corner or across the street, close to city centre) and free bikes were provided as promised.
