Regarding air conditioning: as noted before arrival, our protected historic façade doesn’t allow AC installation. While our historic building does not provide private parking on-site, we always send guests detailed information with the booking confirmation, recommending several nearby public garages for safe and stress-free parking. Our recommended options include the nearby Garage Museumsquartier or the more budget-friendly WIPARK Garage Operngasse, as well as Garage Gerngross for taller vehicles—all within walking distance. Street parking is tightly regulated in Vienna, and while it’s free overnight and all day on weekends or holidays, we discourage any form of illegal parking to avoid fines or towing. We especially caution against parking in "Anwohnerparken" (resident-only) zones at any time.
