The sofa bed and the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, but it was manageable and I wouldn't say it is even a minus for the time being there, just as a little notice for ourselves.

Very close to the airport, nice staff and good comphy rooms, feeling like entering a space ship once getting into the room. The kids were very impressed. Huge bathroom. We didn't have enough time to enjoy it, but hopefully next time will organise a longer stay.

But, the light under the bead was very strange and we falling down because the wire still in the floor. Bad view. Ask a room with view on the airport. The personal was not very pleasant at the desk when we checking in.

The coach bed in the family room wasn't very comfortable. I would prefer to take two rooms next time instead of one family room.

This is my fourth time at Moxy! As always, I am happy about our stay. The check-in and check-out processes are very fast. The room is clean, and the location is perfect if you want to be near the airport.

the refrigirator in the room did not work and could not be fixed during our stay as it was a holiday and the weekend. the coffee machine did not work but was replaced after we indicated that. I was not aware of the concept of transparent walls of the shower (only one side has a curtain - totally not my style

I really need to have electric pot in the room for tea in early morning times, and there was no electric pot. There is free hot water supply in the lobby, though.

Quite despite being right near the airport, clean, cozy. The room is small but modern and functional, with pleasant lights, and an armchair.

Highly recommended for families with children arriving in Vienna in the evening — there’s an underground tunnel from the terminal directly to the hotel, very convenient!

Overnight stay at Airport hotel due to a missed flight. Tea /coffee making facilities would have been good to have. Tea and coffee should be provided free at the coffee machine - not 4.50 euro. The hot food options were limited and not very tasty. Counter staff told me I couldn't pay through booking.com as she wouldn't be able to check me in straight away and as a result i paid a fair bit more in AUD because of the hotel's conversion rate vs Booking.com's

Check out at 12 was good as I was exhausted and the bed was comfortable and bedding was lovely. Adjustable cooling was great.

This is relatively minor, but the pillow was so big I couldn’t use it, and the bed was not very comfortable (too springy, bouncy for two people to share). Also, the light under the bed made it hard to get up at night and not wake the other person. Other than that, the room was great!
