How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

So be careful of 1st floor at 6am the kitchen below started very noisy and I was up, didn’t matter too much as I had to leave at 7 but if you looking to lay in then ask for floors 2 or 3
Best by far was the amazing breakfast. Staff were lovely. Position is ok but on a busy road

Good hotel with nice facilities in a great location by the lake. The buffet breakfast was amazing and one of the best hotel breakfasts that I have ever experienced. I would return again and would highly recommend.

The room was a bit small and the bathroom surely needed renovation...
The staff has been very kind, always available and very professional. The breakfast in the morning was very very good.

Everything is nice and as expected. We even got bottles of sparkling water for the road when we checked out which was amazing. Great visit.

This is not a complaint, only some feedback... It would be nice to have the option of twin beds rather than a double bed for people who are not couples (I traveled with my daughter). I have to say we didn't specifically ask for it. maybe this would have been possible. Next time :)
We loved staying at Moserhof so much. The breakfast is absolutely amazing - probably the best I ever had in a hotel. There is a huge choice of everything on the buffet. All the food is local, or even home-made. And there is an equally amazing choice of cooked breakfast options. The spa is wonderful. You have a view of the mountain from the saunas, the quiet room, the balcony. There are tea making facilities in the wellness area. Fresh apples and some dried snacks are provided all day. All the staff are extremely helpful, friendly, anticipating your next wish. We also liked that we had a quiet room facing the mountain with a lovely little balcony. We had an amazing time at Moserhof.

We had a view of the wall which was a shame but overall the room was lovely.
The staff were amazing. We had planned to leave our bags at the hotel the morning we arrived and instead they very kindly rearranged our rooms so we could have a room that was available ! Spa and pool was wonderful, very relaxing, clean and we had a great time. Location is decent, short walk to the lake and super close to bus stops. Very special hotel, only wished we could’ve stayed longer!

The place, on the booking site it says that katschberg and bad kleinkirchheim ski areas are 20 min drive and free ski bus its by hotel, but its not true. Katschberg is about 30 min drive by car, bad kleinkirchheim is anout 1 hour drive by car, and there is no ski bus going to these areas. Ski bus goes only to goldbeck ski area of 25 km slopes.
Breakfast was superb! All food fresh from local farms, specialy fish. Jaccuzi and pool exelent, gym and saunas all good.

No coffee/tea in the room, the only thing that I missed in the morning. The room was not cleaned after the first night, but we didn't bothered, were just surprised. We imagined it was because of environmental concern and we liked it! So it isn't really a minus but a plus...
Stayed in september for two nights in the ground floor garden view spacious doble room. Plenty of pillows. Great choise at breakfast, fine dinning. Very kind personel. Lots of parking places. Room to store bycicles (locked). Free entrance to the public beach with a special card.

Eine Bay the Glass could be Improved to Match the Food.
Breakfast and Dinner wäre extraordinary by all Standards (and we have Livesendung in Asia and enjoyed a lot).

Strange rules in the hotel that felt like we need to accommodate to their system rather than customer orientated hospitality. Lift won't work in the night, there are certain rules for the restaurant and staff in the restaurant in the night and staff was rather strict about them. The food itself was really good - but if you have to beg to buy a dinner it feels very strange. Second room that we have moved into was rather outdated - furniture and the bathroom could use update. Hated glass door on the bathroom in the room.
Breakfast offer was one of the best ones we have experienced in a very long time. Huge variety and lot of healthy alternatives. SImply amazing. Spa section was also really nice. And we enjoyed also pool area.
