It was hot, there is an AC but it’s not great. But I think we were just unlucky with the weather, I think it's colder usually in Graz.

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Graz. Melina was very responsive to all questions and let us check in early which was hugely appreciated. The apartment is beautiful, in an excellent location, very close to Parkrun for any other enthusiasts and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Sadly it rained the entire time we were in Graz so having the smart tv and being able to cook was even more appreciated. Would not hesitate to stay again and recommend to all.

The location couldn’t be better—it’s situated just a short 7-8 minute walk to the city center, making it perfect for accessing all the key attractions, restaurants, and shops with ease. Additionally, the communication with Milena was seamless. She was exceptionally responsive, promptly answering all our inquiries and providing helpful information to make our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. There was an obstacle on the floor between the kitchen and the room. Sometimes we bumped into it and got hit a bit.

There was everything for comfort staying: a washing mashing and a pack of powder for it, a dishwasher and the washing capsules for it, individual heaters with sensors and temperature control, big dining table, comfortable beds, big windows. It will fit for up to 4 people who can sleep in pairs.

Though this is a small apartment, it is very lovely and bright. It is ideal for couples or singles, but i think there is also enough place for a family. There is a lift inside the building (the apartment is on the 3rd floor). It is so clean and comfy, furniture is stylish, wifi connection is super, TV is also good, and the host (Milena) is so kind and ready to help! Our entrance to the apartment was so easy, there was no problem with the keybox. The location of the apartment is excellent, you can reach the main touristic sights in the old town by a 5-20 minutes walk. You can find plenty of catering place and shops nearby. I definitely recommend this place!!

Only positive experiences. If I really must say something: there is a small height difference near the kitchen so you need to be careful if you have just woken up and are walking into the kitchen in the morning. But there were no problems with that, you just have to remember it not to fall over.

The location is perfect: not too far from the main street but still a quiet nice street. City center was also 5 min walk away. The apartment is very clean, cosy warm with the option to set the heat degree yourself (which is a big advantage during the winter). Everything is as beautiful in real life as in the pictures. Milena is an exceptional host who takes a real interest in her guests. She was always sending us replies within a short time whenever we had questions, was very kind and helpful. There was a washing machine and a dishwasher, towels and all kind of kitchen equipment. The window shades can be adjusted to have complete darkness for a relaxing sleep (bed is about 160x200 cm, very comfortable). There was an elevator in the building so when we did the shopping it was easy to take the things upstairs.

Not much, place was great. No toiletries provided even with posting saying there were. Small inconvenience, good to know in terms of coming prepared.

Superb location a short walk to the lovely city center. Flat was cute and decently equipped, with washing machine and dishwasher. Bed and seating area comfortable. Parking garage recommended was 10 euros/night, good value compared to alternatives and a 6 minute walk away.

We loved everything. One of the best places we have been to!

The apartment is in a very handy position close to transport, supermarkets, cafe, restaurants and the city centre. It is very quiet with a lovely outlook from the roof top. Everything was just perfect. Milena covered every detail, even with a beautiful welcome letter and suggestions to various restaurants, bars, breakfast venues etc. The apartment is very clean and furnished so tastefully, with very comfortable bed, comfortable couch, great size TV, large dining table, dinner lights, nice kitchen, washing machine. We loved the modern bathroom too. Everything was perfect. It was easy to communicate with Milena and she was very helpful and replied quickly. Thank you!

The best apartment we've ever been to. A 5-minute walk from the city center. It is located in a quiet street, there is always a free parking space outside the building, and there are two garages nearby. The apartment is clean, tidy, very nicely lit, and the blinds provide good darkness at night. The kitchen is modern, equipped with all the necessary dishes and various small items. The apartment is extremely clean. It has an air conditioner that cools very well. The host was always available for all questions and suggestions. Very simple communication regarding the collection and when handing over the keys. For every recommendation. We will definitely come again.

The boiler heats in the night time. So if you take showers in the morning, the heater will only make more in the night.

Although there is aircon and a fan with the apartment being on the top floor it did get very hot with the 30+ degree heat when we were there.

The apartment is really nice and clean, great location, 5 minute walk to restaurants and bars and 10 minute walk to the main square. Host was super responsive.
