very pleasant accommodation with a great atmosphere, which is taken care of by the owner's family. Very helpful and friendly people who are happy to chat with you. I want to express my regret at the closure of the restaurant, which was exceptionally open during our stay. All the meals served were fantastic and we enjoyed them very much. It is a small hotel at a reasonable price, to which you will be happy to return.

Breakfast was delicious and rich, the staff was kind, everything was clean. We arrived late, but they helped us with the check in. We could park the car right next to the entrance, that was also a big help.

SerbiaThere was only one 220V AC plug in my room, not so close to the bad, so it is not convenient for the phone to charge it when laying in the bed.
Convenient location for using 3 ski resorts for travelers who come with the car. Parking is cool. There is a nice simple breakfast included. The room is very comfortable and clean.

Beautiful old fashioned hotel in a nice village not far from Bad Kleinkirchheim. The staff is really friendly, the breakfast is good. I can fully recommend it.

United KingdomJust minor things: a kettle in the room would have been appreciated. The WiFi in the room seemed a bit weak. Obviously, the hotel is not in BK so you must rely on a bus to get around (and the bus is not so regular so you need to be careful with your planning). If you arrive by car, there should be no issue.
Very clean, warm and kind owners, great location (3 minute walk to two different bus stops), comfortable room and very good breakfast.We also had dinner one night at the restaurant which is also recommended. The hotel itself is beautiful with old wooden furniture and paintings. It's a fantastic hotel and it is much more affordable than staying in Bad Kleinkirchheim. To get to BK, it's a short bus or car drive away.

CroatiaWe have never experienced this anywhere, and we travel very often... The staff is extremely unkind and rude. Since I have health problems and take pills in the morning at least an hour before meals, I wanted to take a sandwich from the canteen to the trail so as not to waste time in the hotel unnecessarily (after all, we came for skiing, not for the hotel and food...). On my way out of the canteen, the chef (who is also the hotel manager) stopped me and attacked me (really attacked me) that I had to pay for that sandwich because food is not allowed to be taken out of the canteen. Shocked by his rude tone, I tell him 'okay, then I'll eat the sandwich right away'. The man continued to shout at me the most violently so that in the end my boyfriend intervened and told him to refuse... Terrible experience!

HungaryThere was no possibility to indicate that we don’t want daily cleaning in our room (such as a door hanger or anything that is usually offered in other hotels) and the cleaning staff entered our room without knocking on the door. We were getting dressed with my boyfriend at the time and the whole situation was really uncomfortable.
