Price - I could have been lower.

A decent hotel — nothing fancy, but it does the job. The place is a bit dated and clearly past its prime, but to be fair, it doesn’t try to present itself as a luxury option. I’d say it’s more of a budget-friendly, practical choice. The biggest advantage is definitely the location – very central and convenient. Another plus is the parking: as mentioned on the website, there’s a multi-storey parking facility nearby with plenty of available spaces. It’s not owned by the hotel, but it’s right next to it and seems reliable. When it comes to pricing, it’s hard to judge – I’m not fully familiar with hotel prices in this area of Austria. That said, considering the standard of the hotel, it might feel just slightly overpriced. Still, it may simply reflect the local market. Overall, a reasonable option if you're looking for a place to sleep in a good location and don't need anything too fancy.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows very soft. Some staff members were not so helpful and a bit rude. The location is close to the center but not very clean and the general area is not the most recommendable. The parking was quite expensive.

The hotel is easy to access, and walking distance from the center. It was very clean, spacious room, well equipped. Some staff members were nice and helpful. Dogs are welcome at no extra fee. Parking on site at an extra fee. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel although we did no try it. Reception is open 24/7.

The hotel should have told us that the entrance to the car park would be blocked by the Grazathon event on the day of our check-in. We couldn't access the car park when we arrived. Luckily, we found street parking not too far away.

The standard bedroom we had was spacious. Breakfast was excellent. A lot of choices and plenty of seating. It was an easy 10 minutes walk from Graz main train station. Supermarket is just next door from the hotel. Plenty of eating places close by. There’s also a farmer’s market each morning. Only 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

Leaving/entering the garage with car can be difficult / frustrating but staff was helpful regarding the situation i do not think that this is the hotel's fault. We got a card for the garage but it malfunctioned a couple of times (despite paying for the parking the machine said it is not a valid ticket). But it was convenient that we could park right under the hotel!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was very nice. The breakfast was varied and made with good quality ingredients. Parking is available directly in the hotel building.

The cleanliness of the hotel room was okay at the time of check-in, but it did not seem to be cleaned very properly from then on. We agree that bedlinen must not be exchanged for a stay of 5 nights, but even the pillows were not shaken at least once. Front office staff said our booking was not to be found in their system, even though we had a confirmed booking via booking.com. However, they charged us a slightly higher price than initially confirmed - no big deal, but lots of discussions at time of check in and check out.. Front office staff did not advise that parking in the public garage should be managed via the front office to save money. For the first two days we paid 20 Euro instead of EUR 16 - no big deal either, but would have been nice to be informed pro-actively, when hotel is offering such a benefit

Hotel is located right next to a very busy road, so it can get quite noisy. In the morning, the street cleaning added to the noise, which was a bit disruptive.

The hotel is located in the center of Graz, just about a 10-minute walk to the main square. There’s a public garage beneath the hotel with an elevator that leads directly to the reception and rooms and parking is charged separately. The rooms are quite nice and reasonably spacious.

A few problems with the hotel parking - quite tight for larger cars and no information about the availability of free spaces. We went down a few levels and it turned out that there were no spaces, and turning around with our large car was very inconvenient.
