Cleaning stuff knocked when sign “do not disturb” was on the door, asking us to leave the room at 10 am, even though checkout time is at 12. It was confusing. You can hear party noise at late hours (after opera) but it was not too disturbing.

Reception lady was very welcoming and made us feel at home. Location is amazing, especially for visiting Opera. Design, style, cleanliness of amenities and room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast variety was good.

Booked a junior suite several months in advance which wasn’t available when we arrived. Gave us two interconnecting double rooms instead and mini bars in both rooms for free to make up for the inconvenience (and presumably the cost difference). No explanation as to why our booked room wasn’t available though. Parking was extra and quite high.

We would have liked a bit more of a view from the balcony - looked straight into a tree, saw only leaves. The weight machine in the gym seemed to not be working properly. The gym was very warm as the door to the swimming pool was almost always open.

The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful.

Request for quiet room ignored. We arrivedl later than we wanted it was dark.we were only in the room for a few minutes before going to the festspielhaus and so we did not notice that we were next a noisy casino carpark and a busy railway. The other side of the corridor was the.Lake Bodensee 150metres away. So we should been allocated a lakeside room. Our request was ignored.

Our heating in the room was not working. The problem was solved but it took a few calls. Indeed the heating was working but the wiring is the wrong way around and so if we had left on cold it would have worked :)

there was theater on that night and we could hear it and really had no clue what was going on, but a quick call to the front desk and we got ear plugs and it was all good. also the parking outside was bit nuts, so busy and we did not know where we could even park and it was bit confusing. but the staff explained it to us later and we were able to park our car.

nice hotel at the lake side - so close to the open air opera/theatre, with a pretty lovely breakfast, so easy to go for a nice walk just outside of it.

The area is very quiet and walk across train station bridge is not ideal. Shame it does not have Any view of lake given its location.

We traveled by bike and when we asked to store them for us we got a key to an outdoor metal box, which doesn’t have any roof, so it wasn’t very safe (and we didn’t travel with a big bike lock).

The swimming pool needs cleaning. The back rim is grim and the left side on top is dusty. Funnily enough by the pool exist the top is clean but opposite is not. The view of the pool is nice, drinks and fruits bowl amazing idea and the gym great.

The showers and the towel baskets at the wellness centre could be kept cleaner, especially for those who were there in the evening. Very slippery floor.

The cost is excessive for the quality of the hotel and what it offers. It is a comfortable, but not luxury hotel by any means, but the cost (at least during the Festival) was double what it should have been.

This hotel is in a perfect location for anyone attending the Bregenz Festival. It is steps from the train station and steps from the festival venues. The room was adequate and the bed was comfortable. We did not take the costly breakfast, but we had a nice lunch on the terrace.

Reception never picked up the phone and took two days to respond to an email and booking,com message regarding the necessity for a walk-in shower. For the price of CHF 500 for a standard room. I have higher expectations of service. When I mentioned this at check-in, it was met with nonchalance. In addition to the emails, I called three times wanting to make my request for an accessible room, but only got through to a global booking desk. To reach them, one call was 22 min, and two were 18 each. This might sound pedantic, but I do believe it is not too much to wish to speak to reception. Additionally, upon checking out, I again called reception twice to ask for help with luggage as my Mom uses a wheelchair but never got through. In the end, I brought her down myself and went back for the bags.

I loved the proximity to the Seebühne. Breakfast was good. The room was clean.

Very strange shower arrangement that made the bathroom floor very wet after taking a shower.

Very good location right next to Bodensee and good facilities including indoor swimming pool, gym and sauna. Also good parking facilities. Highly recommended hotel.
