There were no negatives as such. We had everything we needed in the room, it was a little dusty in places and a couple more coffee pods would have been perfect.

The location was beautiful and on the edge of the village. The views are stunning and the facilities fantastic. We were welcomed by a fun and friendly receptionist with 2 dogs and provided with all necessary information there and then.

The layout of the room is a bit odd. The shower, sink, and toilet are separate, so you end up standing kind of in the middle of everything at the sink. Miss having a small kitchenette.

No air conditioning in the room. Small room with big window during the summer makes it very hot inside. Not comfortable to sleep when there is 28°C in The room.

Location is perfect, personel very kind and helpfull, a lots of things to do in hotel. I will definitely come back and I recommended to visit The hotel.

The hotel is with pool but no facilities for drying. Could be good to have some facilities like coffee/tee maker, fridge etc.

The view was amazing. Location is good, the small cable car is few steps away. Parking and pool are very big plusses.

Food a disappointment. However, breakfast was better on the second morning (more choice). Buffet dinner very poor and not great value. We were the only ones eating. Had to pay before we ate (at the bar). Limited selection of meat and fish (looked as if it was sitting around a while). No food cooked to order. No staff in the buffet area, therefore had to wait until we had finished eating before going back to the bar for further drinks. Couldn't charge drinks to the room so had to pay every time we ordered. The barman then said we could pay at the end of the night. However, when my husband went to pay he tried to charge for drinks already paid for! Not great for a four star hotel. On check out was not asked if we were happy with our stay otherwise I would have mentioned the above. Seems there is a change of ownership so maybe things will improve. We would still return as the rooms and facilities are excellent.

Clean, modern and quirky hotel. Large spacious room with great amenities. Masses of cupboards and shelving. Very comfortable and great views. Laptop safe useful. Excellent swimming pool area, gym and saunas. Staff very friendly and welcoming on check in. Nice and comfortable bar area.

Staff were not particularly knowledgeable about ski areas or ski passes which is strange for a hotel that is located on the slopes. Facilities are good but the hotel missed a trick not offering change or card payment for the games room

The location and facilities are good, the room was spacious enough for the extra stuff you need for skiing. If you want to ski in Bieberwier then the hotel's location is perfect as it's practically ski-to-door

Lights in the bedroom, especially for the bathroom, since there's no individual lights for the toilet and bathroom. If you need to take a shower or go to the toilet during night and rest of the family is already sleeping, you might wake them up when you turn the lights. Sauna should be more controlled as we found children every day after 17:00 and after 18:00. Also few people were in the sauna rooms with their bath suites when it's supposed to be a naked area.

I leave a few points that could be improved. 1) The cleaning staff uses the only elevator used for Customers and this sometimes creates queues to use it. They should use the service elevator. 2) The desserts offered at dinner should be improved. 3) The cost of drinks at dinner is not commensurate with the quantity offered (wine and concktail in particular). 4) The pool water and relaxation room temperature should be higher.

The staff was caring to the needs of customers, friendly and helpful. Attention to cleanliness especially in the breakfast/dinner rooms. Meal buffets were always well stocked. The rooms are modern and well structured. Really liked the children's area.
