Fabulous traditional look Austrian hotel. Great location. We never needed our car!! Breakfast was excellent. Hotel decor is fascinating.

GreeceHotel parking wasn't free of charge. For the check in they asked for my credit card as a guarantee, even though there is no such information at the booking profile and i did not receive any such information after booking and before arriving the hotel. When i mentioned this to the reception they tried to prove me wrong and said they would check but they never came back with any feedback.

GermanyStaff was so friendly, room was almost perfect with a beautiful balcony. Breakfast was good enough and meet my expectations. Car park is not in the hotel but it is maximum 5 minutes on foot, so I can't say I was unhappy with that. It was a pleasure to stay there.

United StatesAs Americans we don't often stay at hotels for such a high level of hospitality! We were overly impressed by the employees, the cleanliness, and the amenities especially the spa! We did the half board so our dinner was served to us every night, it felt like a true luxurious experience, and our server Ivana took extra good care of us giving us good tips in the area and becoming one of our friends. The whole experience made us feel like locals/family! We skied all three days of our stay, and the short walk in the morning was perfect to keep us away from the louder aprés about close enough to easily get to the mountain each morning and home in the afternoon. We will cherish our time in Kitzbühel at the Q!

The hotel is right in the centre of Kitzbühel. My room was clean and comfortable with a view of the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

FranceThe menu for the evening meal was very restricted so we didn't eat in the restaurant in the evenings at all. The hotel was also some way from the lifts. I'd estimate about 800m so that's a long way carrying skis.
The hotel was excellent. The area for leaving ski equipment was warm and spacious. The sauna area was great and the small gym a bonus. Best of all was the excellent lounge/bar area in the hotel - very well decorated and made for relaxation. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of food available.

United StatesClara at front desk was a miserable and unhappy person everyday. She gave the impression that she hates her job. If you are going to greet people that are coming from far away on very long flights, the person must be accommodating and friendly. When we got there, I asked if my meals/dinner were included with the charge, she said NO. Turns our all our dinners were included in the price we paid and we ended up going out to different restaurants every night, we find this out the last night we were there. Awful experience with her!!!
Carlos from the front desk made the experience a pleasure and was extremely helpful. Always went out of his way to asssit with a smile. He made this vacation super amazing. Erick at the bar was super friendly too.
