Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyVery nice room and spa area. Located on the slopes and also close enough to Sankt Anton as well. Nice breakfast, afternoon snacks and overall food experience. Some saunas have glass doors not perfectly sealed, very pretty but cool down too quickly sometimes making the sauna as experience not as it should be. Nice menu at dinner but whilst some dishes are very well executed, some others, still quite good, could be improved (same for some afternoon tee snacks). Rooms get way too warm even with heaters off and the beds could be more comfortable, especially the queen bed with separated single mattresses create a big division feeling almost like twins beds. It would be nice to have kettle in the room. Very nice staff. Overall very positive experience

RomaniaCould have a better bathroom door situation for some people, however we were ok with it (glass door, no frame).
It’s next to the ski lift & ski rental shop in See. Wonderful staff and all in all very good value for money. If you’re planning some days to ski with your family, then try Mallaun. We’ve loved out 7 days there.

SwitzerlandBaby bed we were given was the worst thing ever. We travel quite a lot with our little one, so he is used to these kind of travel beds, but this one was just impossible to sleep in. So our little one has to sleep with me in a big bed (and we never co-sleep, so that was kinda an issue for the both of us) and my husband had to sleep on the sofa, which was way too short for him (and he is 172 cm), so we had to use a hocker to make this situation more comfortable. The owners have two own young kids, so I would assume they need to be knowledgeable about baby belongings. Was apparently not the case. The second thing was this crazy system on Silvretta Card. At the beginning it was said to us that the card was included into our room rate, but then I saw 35 euros on the bill on the top. After back and forth the owner was claiming that all hotels in the region are adding now this card on the top, which I at fist believed and paid. But a few weeks later we went to Galtür and didn’t have to pay for the card, I extra paid my attention to that. So 35 euros - small money, but big impression.
The most marvelous thing about this property is SPA. One of the best SPA complexes I’ve ever seen. They have 5-6 different saunas with different temperatures and modes, my personal favorite was herbs sauna. Food was 4 out of 5. Breakfast is plentiful and variable. For dinner some dishes were a real success (mostly mains), but some I had to leave on the plate (mostly starters). I like the idea that they are trying to reduce waste and reuse food what hasn’t been eaten before, but I believe that could be done in a more creative way. But hey, their chocolate cake at 4 o’clock - I am ready to sell my kidney for the recipe!

SpainThe hotel is not a 4 start hotel, and not with the money we paid for it, about +300€ a night examples: - rooms are old and initially we got a room with a very tiny bathroom - shower gell & shampoo was empty and never refilled - only one bottle of water was provided in the room, extra bottle was 6€ - there was a spa and which was nice, but full of screaming kids most of the time - breakfast was regular - drinks and food, very overpriced - staff was not at 4 star level
The property has a good location next to the slope- and the spa is quite large.

United StatesThe price of the hotel was very expensive. Elevator is slow.
Did not have the breakfast. The bartender was nice and social. Front desk staff were polite and courteous.
