First of all, we messaged the property that we would arrive between 19 till 20 o’ clock, which was approved. However upon arriving we received a meesage that the receptionist had left at 19 and just left the keys in our room with the door unlocked. We met another family who did not even get a message about which room they had, luckily we got a message for our room. The bathroom had an extremely low sink with now place in the shower for your toiletries and the shower hose had an extremely hard water pressure which felt like a pressure washer on your skin. When we went out to eat at 20.30 we arrived again at the property at 21.30 and the front door was locked, we thought the door had closed and we could not get in. However we apparently had another key to unlock the front door which we did not know about because we had to check in ourselves and had no idea of that information.

The bed was comfortable and the area was nice with a lot of restaurants. The hostess tried to speak English because our German is not that great which was nice.

Reception conception. Check in ours are until 8 p.m. however at 7:15 there were no-one at the reception. We had a prepaid reservation and no key to the room. It was complicated to contact the reception because they did not answer the phone. Finally, with the help of other guests, we finally contacted the reception, and they said that the room is ready and which room and it is open. I guess that just forgot to send me a message with that info like that did with other guests. So it was quite stressed half an hour keeping in mind that we wanted to have dinner after a long day. However, the receptionist, as we finally saw, was very kind. Suggest to rethink the reception concept because it sometimes gets frustrating.

Night Club in the house is noisy and somebody can have troubles to sleep with that noise. In some rooms it can be very loud. Apartment was more or less ok.

Location is great, there's E-liner (ski bus) stop in front of the house.

The room was a bit small and we got only one towel per person. Some trouble with the given room, but the staff solved this quickly.

We got 4 single beds, which we liked. We had a balcony with nice view. There is enough parking space.

I was initially a bit hesitant after checking the rating of 6.9, but man does it overdeliver. I would definitely say this is should be rated 8. The hotel is situated in the center of the valley - you can see such nice views from the room. It is just awesome. And the staff is so nice. They welcome you nicely. The hotel has a common room where you can cook, eat and chill. Plus the host offers a bunch of stuff on the house. Totally recommended!!

I read the reviews of people telling that the sound from the night club downstairs was horrible, and I thought how bad can it be?? Well, it's bad. Very bad. Sleep is not an option and the night club customers were shouting outside very loudly and fighting(no, not only arguing - fists were thrown away), so pick carefully your accomodation. Rooms are pretty small and the bathrooms really tiny, but that was implied, so nothing to complain here but it's worth mentioning. It wasn't dirty at all, like others complained.

It is very well located, the staff was very friendly and helpful and parking was easy.

Great location in the center of the village with free parking right in front of the house. Beautiful view from the terrace. Spacious rooms. Super helpful staff All in all a very fair price and very convenient for a short stay on a biking or hiking trip. We were happy to come back

Internet in our room doesn't work pretty good on mobile devices.

Everything was perfect. We even left laundry at 10pm and on the morning we had it dry. View from the room was perfect. Room was clean, everything was as in the description. Really can recommend it for group of friends and also for whole family.

The view from the room was beautiful. The bed very comfy, the stuff always available and helpful. Plenty of parking space. They also offer a kitchen and fridge. They didn't have breakfast, I guess they serve breakfast in full season winter time, but better ask to be sure. Note that there is a nice disco just below the hotel. Although I did not mind, there is a bit of music heard up to 1-2am. Of course the hotel is not responsible for that but if you have a problem with that better ask for a room on second floor. Overall it was quiet and peaceful stay. I would come again, felt like home
