I highly recommend the hotel. It is very family-friendly, with thoughtful details like bed supports, creams, and lotions for kids, as well as many other amenities that made our stay perfect. Our property was spacious, with two bathrooms, and the parking spot was just a few steps away. The hotel also features a warm indoor swimming pool, a relaxing spa area with a sauna and Finnish bath. The staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive, making our experience even more enjoyable

Everything was wonderful - spacious rooms, lovely staff, facilities, food (including gluten free options) and the efficiency of handling any technical requests. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend to families and family reunions, arriving all three generations, from grandparents to grandchildren. The kids enjoyed the pools and roaming around in between other playing facilities, while adults enjoyed some quality time over wine and beer.

the hot tub next to the pool remembers better times (however, it was functional) showering in the room was not very comfortable (sometimes the water was hot and sometimes cold, it was not possible to regulate it)

very nice and helpful staff perfect use for children - especially lisi world rich breakfast events for children and accompanying programme plenty of parking spaces right next to the hotel the location is close to the ski areas and also offers great hiking opportunities (it is not in the centrum of the city which is rather an advantage for a stay with children) overall the stay was very pleasant and met expectations

For the price they could have included the kids sledge in the price rather than charging extra for it.

Everything you need to have for a relaxing holiday with kids. The soft play and the team working there were amazing! Also close to Kitzbuhle and many ski lifts. The food was good with a variety of options and special kids menu and particularly appreciated the long opening hours for breakfast.

This hotel has such a wonderful activities/hang out areas for family that the opening/closing times were a bit dissapointing. We (unfortunately) have a kid waking at 6, but the playroom opens later in the morning. So you are still stuck with a toddler in the room or running around reception. The spa opens only from 3pm which is a pity as our kids were napping during the lunch and we could have used it then. Obviously the areas that require staff presence (like the large playzone) can only open after 9 or so. However, the playrooms in the hotel are "own-risk" (no supervision) and we didn't understand why they can't open 24-7 or earlier to later. The indoor playroom was very great, nice toys and pillows and kids furniture. We didn't understand why the last two days everything was removed from this room (perhaps a kids disco or some activity, but there were no furniture and toys anymore the last 2 days of our stay. Children buffet such a lovely idea but it was unhealthy (fries, fried fishsticks, pasta without vegetables etc). Maybe thats just cultural or for big kids, but we gave our kids some food from the regular buffet (which was very very good).

I filtered on bad reviews before arriving (as I wanted to make sure it was a nice place for our family with 2 kids below 2yrs). I must say the staff and food were amazing and I don't understand what some of the reviews complained about!! Each staff member was very friendly and helpful to us and our kids. Also the food was really excellent (not your general type of buffet and plenty of choice and variety). The rooms and any common places were very clean and they were mopping and vacuuming the floor multiple times a day (well needed with toddlers). This is the perfect stay with children, especially young children as there are not many places where you can relax as parents like in this hotel. Lastly, big compliments to their purchasing department. Everything is of very good quality (the chairs for children, the modern toys, the play areas etc). They chose quality over price. I must add I gave our toddler food from the adult buffet every day as the children buffet was super cute but offered unhealthy options (fries, fried fishsticks, pasta without vegetables etc). It surprised me but perhaps common in Austria.

I am surprized that the hotel of this price doesn't have air conditioning in the room. We stayed in Junior Suite and I expected to sleep on the sofa, though it was not possible since it's too hard.

Pillows are not comfortable, and the sizes of bathrobes for Spa are in general M (we asked for bigger size on reception and received XXL, though it was also not that big).

Great place for families! Attention to children in small details, very nice atmosphere. Very nice choice of children food, accessible by children themselves. All inclusive, from our perspective, it is totally worth it! We enjoyed our stay and most likely will visit in the future.

the facilities where great. many options for kids of all ages. Beautiful swimming pool (heated properly), billiards table, table tennis, massive indoor play area with trampolines, jungle Gus etc. multiple craft areas well stocked. The staff where lovely, we have four young kids, many times they leave a mess at the dinner table. the staff where always accommodating, smiles and great vibes.
