From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The staff’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made our stay exceptional. Breakfast is not included in the price and the restaurant is closed in the morning. You can only get room service. For the price you pay for your stay, breakfast should be included.

The hotel is very nicely designed, with spacious rooms and a large terrace. The ladies at the reception were very kind and friendly. We particularly liked the location in the Lungau region with plently of fun things for children. Everything was perfectly clean. Our children really enjoyed the rooftop pool.

Our holiday at this hotel was wonderful We rented a luxury apartment with a terrace, the apartment itself is very stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay in this beautiful complex, as the view from our terrace on the mountains did not give us boredom, we went out in the evening and enjoyed the sunset. The price already included SPA, the pool on the roof with panoramic view is a separate pleasure, we really liked to spend time there with my child (who did not want to leave the pool 😅). In general the whole hotel is well thought out and equipped with everything you need, I would like to write a few words about the lounge areas by the pool, they are very stylishly decorated and comfortable Special mention to the owners ( Sonja ) and staff of this beautiful hotel, you are the best ❤️. We are very often travelling in Europe and beyond, but we rarely find such a level of service and communication! No wonder the hotel has a rating of 9.8/10 🫶 We will definitely come back to you again and would recommend you to everyone

The restaurant was closed during our stay, but the kitchen facilities in the apartment were excellent.

This is an ideal place to relax. Modern hotel with excellent design. Beautiful and clean rooms with a kitchen, in which everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Very comfortable bed. Large terrace where you can enjoy the silence and birds singing. Very kind and helpful staff ready to help at any time. The hot pool is magical. We will definitely come back

Everything was perfectly finished, the rooms were spacious, the views were beautiful, and the pool, sauna and chill out area helped us to fully relax. The staff went above and beyond too. Not only treating us at every opportunity and making us smile, but it was so lovely to open the door to find a beautiful chocolate cake on my partners birthday!

Excellent accommodation in a fantastic location, perfect for ski trips. The property is spacious and well-equipped with plenty of amenities. The staff is courteous and very helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Grocery store is approachable by car, or to walk for some 30 minutes...

Completly new, very clean, excellent heating, very good location by the slope, ski depot, ski school, ski rental, bus stop - everything at the same location. Heated outdoor pool and relaxing area is very nice, sauna as well. Parking in front of hotel, each room has its own spot, very practical.

Unstable wifi, for me, as a person who needs to work, it was very annoying. Guest are wesring swimsuit to the sauna, which is very unhygienic and unfortunately it is not possible to refer visitors to the ban, because there is no ban - swimsuits do not belong in the sauna. The last little thing I would mention is the connection to the TV - all the TVs in the hotel have the same name and therefore it is easy to find yours (the order in the list is different, so you can't click through). These are small things, but if the hotel is aiming high, it would need to be tweaked.

Everything perfect, beautiful hotel, modern and design-oriented, plus right by the cable car! The rooms are tastefully furnished. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Our stay at Das Lift Platz exceeded all expectations! Not only is the accommodation absolutely stunning and modern, but it’s also filled with trendy details that make it feel extra special. The location is unbeatable, right next to the gondola, making skiing incredibly convenient. The heated pool and spa are pure bliss, offering the perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes. The spacious terrace provides breathtaking mountain views. And the entire place is filled with the luxurious scent of Rituals cosmetics. However, what truly makes this place a 10/10 is the amazing staff. Ladies Sonja, Brigit, and Barbara went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcome—their warmth and hospitality made all the difference❤️. A truly fantastic experience—highly recommended! The staff were lovely and always offered to help. The location is excellent near the gondola and the ski room is located right next to the entrance and the ski shop. The apartment is newly decorated and clean. There was nothing missing in the apartment and they really thought of everything. The pool and sauna complex was perfect, we really enjoyed everything and would love to come back again!

Complete and modern apartment with a large balcony. Good quality beds. Walking distance to the village. The wellness and swimming pool, as well as the Lungau summer card make it all complete. The staff is excellent.

I have been to many hotels in different parts of the world, but this has been the best of all not only because of its spectacular staff, with excellent, outstanding customer service, so much so that you can feel like you are in your own home, also tremendous architecture and modern building with a spectacular swimming pool, sauna, combination of luxury and relaxation and not lastly its location...simply spectacular!! I totally recommend it, and I will surely return.

A Delightful Stay at Das Liftplatzl We recently had the pleasure of staying at Das Liftplatzl and were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the experience. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and helpfulness of the staff (Sonja, the owner, made sure the best of the best were taking care of us, including herself :-) ) made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met and consistently provided service with a smile. One of the standout features of Das Liftplatzl is its stunning rooftop swimming pool. The views of the Alps are absolutely breathtaking, and it became our regular spot to relax and unwind at the end of each day. Whether you’re looking to soak up the sun, take a refreshing dip, or enjoy an ambience, the rooftop pool offers a little slice of paradise. The hotel’s facilities are equally impressive. The apartments were well equipped, absolutely clean and the separate rooms accommodated sleeping needs of every member of our family. Location-wise, Das Liftplatzl couldn’t be better situated. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of the town center, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything the town has to offer, while being nicely located to be just a few minutes drive from other attractions around the area. In conclusion, my stay at Das Liftplatzl was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of excellent facilities, exceptional service, and prime location makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Austrian Alps. I look forward to returning on my next trip!
