Very friendly staff and super clean rooms. Great location by the lift with easy parking. The vibe and spa area were less impressive. Overall a simple and practical stay.

Awesome hotel, very sweet and helpful staff, everything gets done in a few minutes with a big smile, definitely coming back for winter as well.

Nothing to complain about.

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The staff’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made our stay exceptional. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Every detail, from the warm hospitality to the high-quality services, exceeded our expectations. What impressed us most was the personal touch – we never felt like just another guest. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We left with wonderful memories and, on our way back, we were already planning our next visit. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an outstanding experience!

The hotel is very nicely designed, with spacious rooms and a large terrace. The ladies at the reception were very kind and friendly. We particularly liked the location in the Lungau region with plently of fun things for children. Everything was perfectly clean. Our children really enjoyed the rooftop pool.

Breakfast is not included in the price and the restaurant is closed in the morning. You can only get room service. For the price you pay for your stay, breakfast should be included.

Our holiday at this hotel was wonderful We rented a luxury apartment with a terrace, the apartment itself is very stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay in this beautiful complex, as the view from our terrace on the mountains did not give us boredom, we went out in the evening and enjoyed the sunset. The price already included SPA, the pool on the roof with panoramic view is a separate pleasure, we really liked to spend time there with my child (who did not want to leave the pool 😅). In general the whole hotel is well thought out and equipped with everything you need, I would like to write a few words about the lounge areas by the pool, they are very stylishly decorated and comfortable Special mention to the owners ( Sonja ) and staff of this beautiful hotel, you are the best ❤️. We are very often travelling in Europe and beyond, but we rarely find such a level of service and communication! No wonder the hotel has a rating of 9.8/10 🫶 We will definitely come back to you again and would recommend you to everyone

This is an ideal place to relax. Modern hotel with excellent design. Beautiful and clean rooms with a kitchen, in which everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Very comfortable bed. Large terrace where you can enjoy the silence and birds singing. Very kind and helpful staff ready to help at any time. The hot pool is magical. We will definitely come back

Everything was perfectly finished, the rooms were spacious, the views were beautiful, and the pool, sauna and chill out area helped us to fully relax. The staff went above and beyond too. Not only treating us at every opportunity and making us smile, but it was so lovely to open the door to find a beautiful chocolate cake on my partners birthday!

Excellent accommodation in a fantastic location, perfect for ski trips. The property is spacious and well-equipped with plenty of amenities. The staff is courteous and very helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Completly new, very clean, excellent heating, very good location by the slope, ski depot, ski school, ski rental, bus stop - everything at the same location. Heated outdoor pool and relaxing area is very nice, sauna as well. Parking in front of hotel, each room has its own spot, very practical.

Grocery store is approachable by car, or to walk for some 30 minutes...

Everything perfect, beautiful hotel, modern and design-oriented, plus right by the cable car! The rooms are tastefully furnished. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Unstable wifi, for me, as a person who needs to work, it was very annoying. Guest are wesring swimsuit to the sauna, which is very unhygienic and unfortunately it is not possible to refer visitors to the ban, because there is no ban - swimsuits do not belong in the sauna. The last little thing I would mention is the connection to the TV - all the TVs in the hotel have the same name and therefore it is easy to find yours (the order in the list is different, so you can't click through). These are small things, but if the hotel is aiming high, it would need to be tweaked.

Our stay at Das Lift Platz exceeded all expectations! Not only is the accommodation absolutely stunning and modern, but it’s also filled with trendy details that make it feel extra special. The location is unbeatable, right next to the gondola, making skiing incredibly convenient. The heated pool and spa are pure bliss, offering the perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes. The spacious terrace provides breathtaking mountain views. And the entire place is filled with the luxurious scent of Rituals cosmetics. However, what truly makes this place a 10/10 is the amazing staff. Ladies Sonja, Brigit, and Barbara went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcome—their warmth and hospitality made all the difference❤️. A truly fantastic experience—highly recommended! Thank you for everything, and we will definitely be back!

Amazing staff, I really enjoyed my stay there. Sauna and pool area are really nice, room was bigger than expected.

The staff were lovely and always offered to help. The location is excellent near the gondola and the ski room is located right next to the entrance and the ski shop. The apartment is newly decorated and clean. There was nothing missing in the apartment and they really thought of everything. The pool and sauna complex was perfect, we really enjoyed everything and would love to come back again!
