Balcony could use some sort of shade from the hot sun.

They let us park our motorcycles overnight right in front of the front-desk. Family Room was spacious and nicely arranged. I liked the fact that the toilet was a separate space and that bathroom had both shower and tub. There was variety of drinks in our all-inclusive deal, ice cream and other snacks. Plenty of food to choose from for breakfast and dinner.

Breakfast really basic, coffee really bad. Dinner was not good when it was buffet, otherwise average.

Sauna was nice - except the guests, who obviously don't know the rules od sauna - not hotel's fault. Room was spacious and clean.

Room furniture feels upgraded, not bad at all, but the carpet and the lighting need a change fast. Lighting feels like it is s 20-30 years old, carpet is not practical and is a dated feature. Breakfast was good, however I don't quite understand the system that you need to use the table they have decided to give you, didn't like it at all. No extra blankets or anything in the closet even though it is winter.

We got a really big room, it even felt like an upgrade. Room was clean, beautiful view of the mountains, big bathroom with both shower and a bathtub. Male receptionist was really nice, friendly and patient with our check-in. Room was well heated!

There's nothing to complain about.

We got a better room than we have booked. The place was nice, quiet, the room had a little fridge which was sufficient, and the furniture was all grey and wooden-like, making the room nice and cosy. There was enough space for exercising, as well as for drying the clothes after skiing. Every day there was a possibility to use sauna and wellness zone (which is really nice after snowboarding or skiing the whole day). The hotel is close to cable cars and there's no need to use a car as the buses go regularly all around the place (and the bus stop is +/- 4 min from the hotel). The breakfast was perfect, with a large selection, every day slightly different; even for people with allergies. We were really happy with the accommodation :)

We believe its rooms need some fresh air. Although it is a non smoking in the room hotel, the air inside our room was clogged, it smelled like maybe it was a smoking room in the past and the carpet dirty at the entrance. As it was just for two nights and we were spending most of our time outside the hotel, we did not ask for a change, but otherwise I would have. Also the menu a la carte is poor, except for the pizza. Didn't have enough choices to choose from. I am sure the management could improve all these for the future, as the hotel is very dear to us and we used to stay here years in a row.

It seems to attract German chavs, such a pity as it's nice nice hotel but it was uverrun with awful kids with parents who didn't care. The hotel was good, but do NOT use booking.com. They cancelled one of my bookings that had been paid for for over 2 months with less than a weeks notice whilst I was already on holiday. They don't respond to messages for days, and when they do they point to their terms and conditions in the small print that NO BOOKING THROUGH BOOKING.COM IS GUARANTEED, THEY CAN CANCEL WITHOUT REASON CITING A MISTAKE AT ANY TIME EVEN IF IT'S BEEN PAID FOR AND CONFIRMED

Our room was outdated with paint coming of walls and ceilings. Stuffy smell in room probably caused by old mat and furniture. Smell of old urine in toilet. Lack of towel rails in bathroom. No fridge in the room. Staff at dinner buffet was very rude and unpleasant. Food wasn’t great at either dinner or breakfast. A big letdown of what we paid for. Would not recommend nor go back.

Everything ! So many facilities for kids and staff is very very please any and nice ! There is no anything bad that that I could bring up! Highly recommended!
