No fridge or way to control the room temperature.

It was a life saver. It got me out of and AIRBNB with no wifi to work. The beds were comfy but the room needs a thermostat an a way to control the heat/air. Also the rooms needs a refrigerator.

I did not like the staff's efficiency, they are really slow with check ins

The room was quite spacious, the furniture was cheap as in the students dorm, the cleanliness was mediocre, the breakfast was average depending on the day, first day we got there the variety was really bad and the scrambled eggs were unedible (which I actually find afascinating because whereelse I ever stayed that was the one certain thing to be tasty and edible)

The lady who works at the reception is very rude, uninterested and full of herself and when she makes a mistake she doesn't ask for forgiveness but just rolls her eyes.

Staff didn't explain the automatic check-in in detail. Some of parts in shower room wasn't worked/broken.

They should ad a small fridges in rooms, is very bad they are no fridges, customers are asking the staff to leave them drinks in the bar fridge, unfortunately they don’t get agree.

The cleaning wasn’t done exactly well, I had a few spiders hanging above the bed. Besides, unfortunately the self check in machines that I was told to use weren’t working, and I had to wait another 30 minutes in the lobby to see my room. Also if you come with the bags and have to wait for the declared time to check in, there is no safe room to store your luggage, it’ll be left in the lobby.

Convenient location a few minutes of walking away from the Donau and the metro station. My single room was on the top floor and I enjoyed the view from the attic. The bed was comfortable to sleep on.

The staff… I often stay at hotels and I have to say I was disappointed. No friendliness, almost zero English… If this was improved it could be a much nicer experience… A kind smile goes a long way for a tired traveller 😊

Easy to access and was a fine place for a night after a late flight and stop over. Comfortable and clean room and nice breakfast to start the day with. Lemonade at the bar was a really lovely touch on a hot summer day.

The location and the price in relation to that was very good. But Staff did not come regularly for cleaning. I did not have the option of breakfast. But the staff were very helpful. They have option to keep luggage for short period.

some tradeoffs: it's cheaper hotel so ;) / single beds were a bit narrower then I would like, often you have to wait on the reception / ground floor at the parking room, although I had sense of privacy / maybe some rooms have river view / it's fine for shorter business stay for example, not really if you want nice-cozy place / maybe "free cancellation" plan is better, if exists, although my stay turned out OK at the end

clean big room, bathroom clean, have closet in the room. basic stuff but all what you need. I didn't use breakfast, but it seemed OK from what I saw. WiFi no password, but worked well. it's near the bridge to the island, so location was fine for my needs (VIC) and I liked that I can budget. Part of the town is interesting, it's on the Danube and U1 is relatively near, if you have classic touristic center plans, I think part of the town is worth considering.

Good location: the nearest metro station is a five-minute walk away. There is also a large shopping center nearby. The staff is friendly. Although the breakfast is the same every day, it is very tasty.
