Amazing apartment. Well equipped, with a view out of a window. Next to the apartments, there are walking and biking trails. Offered web page with all needed information was realy helpful. Amazing communication with a host. Recomended place to stay.

The apartment needs ventilation ( not bad smell or something, no) but a fan would be nice since opening the windows is not a good option all the time. the location is good if you have a car but don’t expect anything nearby ( just a small grocery store )

The three bedroom apartment was spacious and new, Bashar was a great help ( big thanks to his kindness and quick responses).

Our stay here was great. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. Perfect starting point for hiking or cycling. There is also a shop nearby. We will definitely stay here again when we are nearby. I recommend it!!! Our stay was a family tourist holiday in July 2025.

The apartment we stayed in (6.2.) was listed on booking.com as 1-bedroom apartment whereas it is a studio apartment so bedroom, kitchen and living room are all the same. It wasn’t a problem for us since our stay was short and we didn’t cook but otherwise it would be beneficial to have that information before booking because by the description and photos it seems like there is a separate bedroom. The big roof window in the bathroom could use a shade because on warm sunny days it gets super hot in the bathroom + it is so bright that you need to squint to see yourself in the mirror.

The contactless check in option is great when arriving late. The house is new as well as the apartment that is bright and has a balcony.

The small rooms on the ground floor are quite dark and have poor ventilation from the bathroom, no shelves to store things

The location is magical, the building is new and well designed. The owners were responsive and patient with us, as we needed to stay longer and left the room quite dirty because of the injury. Also, the first floor has a nice grass patch which is great if you have the dogs :) Top floor apartment has a stunning view, is very spacious and comfy.

We needed a place to hang our jackets in addition to the hanger that was there. Few places were there to put our stuff on them e.g. glasses, cellphones... The beds were not that much comfortable.

The location was very good with a good view to the mountains and sun shine. The sun roof was fun and beautiful.

The apartment is super good in condition and very hygiene which we loved most. The location is more dramatic and calm. It was self check-in with automated code locks. Nina is very co-operative and responds as quick as possible. Would recommend others to pick this place.

The design of the place is excellent. Both in style as in layout. The cool place to hang and dry your clothes. The spacious kitchen and the balcony with excellent sunchair. The bathroom has a great mirror and strong and warm shower. All together it was a great experience. There were complimentary drinks (non alcohol). The new tunnel makes Scharnitz bloom.

Clean, well equipped apartment with a nice terrace off the back and view of the mountains. Self check-in was easy, and communication with the owner was efficient. Easy access to the highway and nice hikes you don’t even need to get in the car for (the Isar is right at your doorstep!)

The place looks nice in the pictures, but the design is not really practical in use. There are no wardrobes, the light in the bathrooms is poor. The kitchen could be better equipped - there were only two cooking pots but around 20 wine glasses. One of the bedrooms was very warm (our stay was in April) and the heat was coming from the floor. The owner told us to turn off the heating but the heating was already off. The most annoying thing was the terrible soundproofing. In one of the bedrooms you can hear everything from the neighbours' bathroom, from people taking shower to cleaning the toilet. One of the neighbouring group (two floors above!) was very loud until the late night and it ruined our stay. The host was not willing to compensate us.

I didn't like the fact that I booked through Booking a place in Mello at 10 in the morning, I mistakenly booked 2 nights, when I arrived at the hotel I was told that the room I booked was broken and I was being moved to another room. I agreed on the condition that I cancel one night. I was told it would be arranged through Booking. We left after one night. But in the end we were charged for 2 nights that the hotel is not willing to give up the second night. We will never return to this hotel!!
