Great breakfast and dinners, excellent location next to ski hire shop and slopes. Owners always present, sit down for same meals. Excellent variety of saunas and spa facilities.

Would have loved a log fire in a comfortable room to relax in after skiing and dinner.

The food was exceptional.

Excellent food, with good variety on the menu from day to day. A spacious room with a good mountain view, with plenty of cupboard storage. The in-room sauna was an unexpected bonus!

It would be good if the spa area had a hot tub.

Inside garage would be fine, but also parking space was available for free and as we did not have snowing days it did not matter at the end…

The location of the hotel is good, close to the slopes, shopping and health care. The food is very good, 5 courses every night. Morning buffet is good and variations very good. The spa is not that big, but well heated saunas although only one of them is real size, the other ones are pretty small. Take note that the spa area is nude, textile free area as they said, here i am thinking that towels are textiles. The staff is lovely and the locker rooms for the ski equipment nice.

Well, the pictures on booking are not true, at least not in our case. Very old room in need of some fixing up and some modern touches. Bathtub shower...not comfortable. Probably they are fixing up old rooms one by one, but for the price it is not acceptable. I was in need of healthcare and i did know more about the service provided in the area with a small google trip than the staff.

The breakfast service is optimal for the price range of the facility. The after-ski snack included in the offer is a really nice touch. The served dinner was really exceeding expectations, especially the one for the Christmas eve.

Unfortunately, the first contact with the staff was really something you would like to forget. We have booked the room for tree persons but there are no such rooms in the hotel so we were offered one single room with balcony and one standard room with window and mountain view. When we came, they put us in the two rear rooms without a balcony and just subterranean view to the yard behind the hotel. No balcony in either room. I know what is overbooking and how the spare rooms in the hotels look like so that was the case. After I tried to argue with the hotel manager about that, he tried to persuade me hat this is what I booked. When I didn't want to accept that, he even slammed the door in my face. that I considering rude even for third world countries an specially in Austria that is well-known for hospitality. Later I manage to get two adjacent rooms with the balcony and side view that was not optimal but sufficient for our needs. I have two messages: 1: Don't book through the booking because the prices in this hotel are much lower if you book directly. 2. Be careful what the mountain view and standard room means in this hotel.

The food was very good. The staff in the restaurant were very good.

Breakfast was brilliant. Dinner likewise. Lovely food and attentive friendly staff and a good selection of wines.

The hotel was excellent, great food, bedrooms comfortable and the spa perfect. The staff were all very efficient, friendly and worked hard. The food was excellent at all meals. Any queries we had were efficiently dealt with and we enjoyed our stay.

Very close to the slopes.Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.cleaning ladies clean the rooms every day.Foods were delicious.Specially dinners menu feeling you like you come to the decent restaurant.Special thanks to the chef and the waiters of the restaurant section. I recommend Spa was good enough!

Room was quite hot and difficult to get it cool, but was manageable

Good location, quiet, food was amazing. Free parking.

It is billed as a spa resort but much to our surprise the sauna was only open from 3:30 to 8:00 pm. The facilities there are nice but limited. Nothing special. Had I known more I would probably have booked elsewhere - many places not labelling themselves a spa resort had many mire facilities.

Everything! Extra kind and helpful all staff, extra level of caring, super clean, location is great, really close to ski lifts, easy to get there, salad bar every evening, absolutely amazing food both for breakfast and dinner (cooks are really the artists!), comfortable, fantastic ski room with lockers, containing warming ski-boots hangers, everything was absolutely amazing!!! Clean and relaxing 3 saunas… Paradise!

Everything was absolutely great!!! Maybe to add extra pillows in the room in case someone needs higher pillow. But they can get it if they ask at the reception. So really absolute perfection.
