my only (small) dissatisfaction was thet there was constant low humming noise 24h a day coming from heating room, which made falling asleep harder as it was audible during night slightly in our room (other person I was traveling with didnt seem to be bothered by it)

Pillows are definitely too flat. I would also work on some thermostats for heating system. It is very hot when it is on.

The facility already requires funding and renovation. The tiles in the bathroom and toilets are old. The equipment in saunas is also not modern or efficient. Please take this as a kind comment.

Breakfast was very good and varied. Dinner for an additional fee was average. What I liked most was that the owner was present among the staff. This gave me a sense of personal guarantee from the owner that everything would be as good as possible.

Feichten is a small village, there is not much going on. It is difficult finding a place to dine at.

The server could be a little bit more ''alive'' and didn't speak any language. not much choice in the selfservice bar. the rooms are to small for the price and many issues.

the breakfast was pretty good. some varieties. you can serve yourself during the day and pay on the room. the staff is helpfull and doing everything they can if you ask or if you are not happy.

Dinners looks to be overpriced for the quality you get. But it’s always up to you to have dinner in the hotel or outside.

We missed some slippers for wellness area. Also windows in our room 336 weren´t sealed well.

The steam bath didn't work properly, but the sauna they had was good. One of the sauna needs some renovations.

The location is quite nice, the staff was very friendly, good breakfast, good restaurants close by in walking distance.

very nice, friendly and helpful staff. you have much better day when you see all of them smiling ;) great breakfast! nice stylish bar with room where you can drink. super saunas and pool. also room for ski boots with heaters is fine. location is quiet. two restaurants near. and if you want another you can go visit villages Ladis or Fiss, it's 25 mins by car. this family hotel is great.

Breakfast was great - Sauna and relaxation room were a huge plus and it was amazing that they were included as part of the stay. The room was large and clean. Staff were very helpful. Dinner was good as well!

The hotel is really getting old. The owners fail to maintain it in a good condition. It would be OK, if the price is adjusted to the real state of the rooms. They may have a couple of refurbished rooms, but these are probably not offered to the Booking.com clients. Announced swimming pool is rather small and the place is not very well maintained.

Breakfast is really great! Good selection, nice premises, ... Indeed, the common rooms are spacious and comfortable. And the senior leader is trying to keep guests happy.

The self service bar is uncomfy and expensive; no good dining opportunities; SPA area was disappointing (the 3 saunas were all switched off); christmas decoration in June was a bit weird; the hotel didn’t meet the expectations of a 4 stars hotel
