I had a bad luck with the neighbours: I could hear them talking loud and clear. The room was not spotless either, there was a pistachio seed on the ground and ants were paying attention to it.

There were no mosquito nets on the windows so many mosquitoes got in. For this reason, I couldn't ventilate my room enough. The room was dusty and the cleaning was of average quality. Also, it was a bit disturbing because it was a common area. But of course, this varies depending on the person's preference.

Being directly next to the train line was very good in terms of transportation. The room was tidy and simple. The bathroom and toilet were clean and had good hot water. Entering and exiting the room was easy and trouble-free.

Bathroom and kitchen are shared but very clean. Room temperature is hot and could not be adjustable. No hanging elements for your outfits. No slippers. The lighting should be dimmed or needs a low light.

It is clean indeed . Transportation is easy with the train. 100 meters from the station. Kitchen is equipped all necessary things you need.

In winter is temperature set on 19 degrees at night permanently and we couldn’t change it even though thermostat is in the room. There were also just really light blankets so we were freezing at night. In the kitchen there were no cleaning products for doing the dishes.

Everything was clean, comfortable and good location with easy access. Also self check in was good. The train station is right next to the building, so we got in Vienna easily. Overall it was nice to stay there.

Couldn't sleep, to hot, room temperature reader was showing 28 degrees, nothing around to eat, needed to walk 1km for one place only. Super small room for 2 people with luggage. For one night is passable but not in summer

- The rooms are to small, it is crammed up with furniture - the shared bathroom is a horrible solution - we as a family of four could not get two rooms with one shared bathroom - the kitchenette accompanying two rooms is fake, is does not have a water tap, it does not provide enough plates, cups and utensils for four people - the room doesn't cool down, it stays at 29,4 degrees celsius during a hot week - the window cannot be properly opened, unless you move the bed in the too small room - the shared kitchen downstairs does not have any utensils and has a lot of 'private' stuff belonging to long-staying-guests - the chairs and table outside is dirty and full with cigarette left-overs - the facilities doesn't offer a pleasant place to sit outside - the other guests were very noisy, playing loud music during the night - the train tracks are used for big cargo trains, making a lot of noise - you cannot ignore hearing the highway with the window open - the residence is used by long-staying-guests that work in construction, a couple of white vans and Ukrainian vehicles - In my opinion it is not pleasant to mix workers with tourists

The room was full of insects - hundreds. They fly around and land on you. Impossible to sleep. The bedsheets smelled like they have been washed without detergent, and the pillow cases were definitely used by someone else before us. The bathroom window had no shutters nor drape. Anyone outside could see you take a shower. We moved to a new hotel 1 hour after we checked in as the owner did not reply to my calls and messages. No refund was given so far.

Nothing dislike but a suggestion: It would ve helpful to advise the travellers to bring a travellers adaptor as I had an issue using my phone/laptop chargers however the owner was very helpful and supposed me to get it sorted.

The rooms are very comfortable and comfy. We could feel the huge difference once we got inside of the house. The house was also very near to train station what made easier for us to go to the center very fast😊

The room was very rudimentary. Despite some pleasant wall hangings, the room felt stark and empty. Walls were painted white with only an overhead light. The room was overheated and the thermostat could not be adjusted so we had to leave the window open all night. The shared bathroom had no curtain. While it was not noisy per se, aside from the frequent trains passing, you can hear noises throughout the building. It could use rugs to help dampen the noise.

The facility was very clean and located in the vicinity of friends I wanted to visit. The bed was surprisingly comfortable.

The flat is advertised as a place with a kitchen, fridge and several things more like shampoo soap and toilet roll. When we arrived, we realised there was another guest who was sharing the kitchen and bathroom with us. Unfortunately, the situation wasn't sharing as she had the kitchen completely monopolised at the point we weren't able to put anything in the fridge or counter of the kitchen. Then, when we were about to use the toilet, she talked to me in a very aggressive manner, telling me everything in the toilet belonged to her (the toilet roll included) 🤨 Expensive flat with no toilet or kitchenette. Bad experience, NOT RECOMMENDED

There are no free lobsters and caviar in the restaurant. Joking)) It's realy hard to say considering the price category. Everything was good.

Absolutely wonderfull value for money. Of course for this price you won't get penthouse with a rooftop swiming pool and a helipad but... All the rooms are amazingly cleen, not any single broken thing, everything is new including building itself, location is just next to the train station which is very convenient, however, the noise insulation is on the top level, you can hear liturally nothing, both from outside and neighbors, moreover, all the rooms are euiped with electrical sunblinders (for this price (!)). And many other nice small things contributing to privacy and comfort. In this price range, in Viena, for me that's definitely 10/10. Thank you very much and all the best to your business!

Very noisy because railway and highway close to apartment! Was booked this apartment 2 weeks before and changed before my stay and received all instructions how to get to my room. Before my check in, in evening i received a call do not come to apartment because they have no room for me, when I came stuff said I can’t be here! It’s was looks like SCAM!!! my first such experience in booking! After stuff recommended me to said for booking that i was not came to apartment and they will make me room for free! Its was the way from don’t coming because we have no room for you - you cant be here - i will make room for free for you!!! the staff is disgusting😡In general stay away from this experience!
