25 EUR cost for a dog / day is way too expensive

Excellent circumstances, excellent atmosphere, the kindest staff at the family hotel. It was the bestest vacation we had. The breakfast buffet and the dinners were delicious like in the best restaurants, with the best quality ingredients. One more thing: the most comfortable bed I ever had in a hotel.

We had a great stay with our 1yr old daughter and dog. The food is excellent, both breakfast and dinner menu. The wellness is also very nice and quite extensive. There is a kabelbahn on walking distance. It's a great hotel to explore the Gastein valley. What may be good to know for families with small children is that the wellness may be closed. You can then use the wellness of a nearby swimming pool. I understand that they do it this way, but in our instance with a young child it would be easier to be able to use the wellness inside the hotel.

The curtains didn't block out the early morning sunlight and the pillows were not very comfortable.

Breakfast was great with a huge choice of fresh foods. The room was nice with a spacious bathroom. The staff was very helpful and did their best to accommodate our requests.

Beatiful spacious room with lovely views. Great bathroom and comfy bed. A family run hotel and everyone was really friendly. The food and menu were absolutely superb. We had dinner here every night. Great place to stay. We had a car, so it was easy to get around the region.

Our room was really nice and spacious and super clean! Everyone at the hotel is very friendly and welcoming, we had a fantastic time. Breakfast was varied and delicious. We decided to have dinner at the hotel every evening because we simply loved the food and it’s so reasonably priced. We brought our dog as well and she had a great time too :) dogs can stay for an extra charge but it’s well worth it. We will definitely be back next time we go to Austria!

- Wifi is hopelessly slow and runs on an insufficient netwerk system with an inadequate security protocol. - The suite (206) has a spacious bathroom, sadly it only offers a large bath which is unfit for taking a shower. - The balcony is shared with 2 other rooms. We felt that separations would have added to our privacy.

Superb location, very clean common rooms, facilities and guest-room. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Excellent service, wonderful breakfast.

Alex, Robert and Brigitte are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very cosy and the breakfast and diner are fabulous! The “Edelweiß bzw. Großglockner Suite” is very spacious with a nice corner.

picturistic hotel located near the river with a fantastic view and sound of flowing water at the river. each corner and spot at the hotel well decoreted. for a small boutique hotel the breakfast was with a huge variety and everything was tasty. we will definitely will return to this gem :)
