The price is only for a night and no breakast included. Only a television is inside the room. No fridge, no water kettle. For a night it’s fine. No elevator as well. For elderly is not advisable. For our dog had a hard time going to the stairs.

The location for us is very convenient.

There were no toiletries in the bathroom, no kettle, or glasses. It would also be nice to have a mini-fridge. The food at breakfast was good, but the selection was very limited. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel is still a good choice.

The hotel's location is very good, close to the road, but there was no noise. The self-check-in process was convenient, especially since we arrived at night. The room was clean. A good option for an overnight stay.

The main issue is the sofa bed is unbearable to sleep on, we had to get pillows from the car (luckily we had some as we were doing a road trip) and layer them onto the bed because there is no give, it’s like sleeping on bricks. There is no bin in the room, or iron or tea/coffee/kettle. The swimming pool is much smaller than it looks in the photos which is fine for the most part but we couldn’t go in when there was already 6 people. The owner followed us around on the last morning after we put some things in the car and went to breakfast, we think out of fear that we would leave without paying - maybe because we are British. Unfortunately that was quite uncomfortable being watched whilst eating and not trusted. I expected to pay on arrival the way the hotel handles payments isn’t really my problem and shouldn’t impact my stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and come again, especially if a few things were updated. The location of the property was amazing, we were on the road side but didn’t hear a lot of noise overnight. It is peaceful and I love the sheep that are in the field behind, you’re totally surrounded by nature. Generally the staff were very kind. It is family run and I found that almost all my interactions were really helpful and lovely. I don’t agree with some reviews that they are unfriendly, or it is mainly for German speaking people. We don’t speak a word of German and found them to be very kind and welcoming for the most part. The restaurant has English menus and the owner of the hotel and his family do speak English well. We really enjoyed our dinner there, though a little on the expensive side, it was delicious and there were a few locals eating there too. The rooms were a good size and had a really lovely little balcony. The sauna/steam facilities were great, well maintained, clean and free. Breakfast wasn’t anything overly complicated but it was good and there was a good enough range of food.

Excellent breakfast offer and the location of the stay, as there are several ski resorts in the immediate vicinity of the stay.

Breakfast could have a bit more food choice. Sauna resting room did not have enough beds to allow all users to rest at the same time.

The hotel is very clean, room was spacious enough, staff was very nice and helpful, ski room with heating for shoes also very helpful. Sauna facilities were good. Bathrobes and towels were also available.

Not a negative, but an observation: The hotel was indeed still the same ;-) The only change I could think of was the use of electronic keycards instead of actual keys, but no refurbishments. On the other hand: clean and well maintained!

It was our 3rd visit, last time was a decade ago, but the hotel is still the same. So we got what we expected; good breakfast, good dinner, a wonderfull location and a spacious room with good beds

The location in the Austrian Tyrol was great for touring. Evening meals were good as was the breakfast. Covered parking was available free of charge.

Although the place was fine and I respect it being a family business, I have to point out some things: - wifi was quite weak and was breaking at random moments. - some small things like: shower cabin was damaged before we came, the heating was also not too stable (one night we notices that heating at bathroom didn't work, other night it was too warm). - the manager of the hotel is rude and unpleasant. We had the incident with the dessert during dinner where we wanted to return and get money back, but instead the manager rudely put the plate with the new dessert pretending he cannot cancel the order and acted like I lied about my allergy. In the end, we got the money back and haven't returned for another dinner due to this incident. Overall, the place is overpriced. For more than 200 euro per night in a very basic room, the above omissions should be at least corrected, not to mention that the rooms could be better equipped (like having kettle).

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff of the restorant very kind and helpful. The parking is right in front of the hotel. The sauna is for free and quite a good thing after a day of being out on cold. Check-in is fast and modern.

The Radler was just a regular lager shandy.

Excellent range of options for breakfast including hot food and drinks you prepare yourself. The owners are the staff and they are so welcoming and helpful. My family came over for dinner one night at the restaurant and we were very happy with the food and service.

Being told by the receptionist that I could not have a bottle of water in the room (on a very hot day!) and if I wanted any in the middle of the night, I should use a vending machine..I did not book a youth hostel! That was thoughtless and rude There were some young people next to me who decided around midnight that they should have a party and despite my pleading did not stop until 2am..then I could not sleep after that. All this after hundreds of miles driven and hundreds more ahead of me. No contact number of proprietors left in case you need help.. Also, please change the pillows, they are the cheapest ever and truly uncomfortable
