Scenic location, very comfortable room, friendly staff, good food. Lots of things to do in the area, many included in a free local area ticket you get on arrival

Beautiful location, need to drive 10 minutes to the ski-lift but resort is very nice. Dinners could be upgraded, breakfast very good.

However, we had strange discussion with managers about being in sauna . Be ready that they will ask you to be naked there. Mandatory naked! If you are not ready to be naked in sauna or if you want to wear swimsuit in sauna area, so it’s better not to book this hotel at all. One guest that was also having rest in spa asked me to go out because I wasn’t naked in really rude and impolite way. I told managers that for me it’s uncomfortable to be naked in area where there are men and women naked together. Manager did literally nothing about my complaint except saying that it’s Austrian tradition to be naked in sauna🤷‍♀️ I still genuinely don’t understand why you can’t be in swimwear in sauna 🙈 For me, it was a traumatic experience. I wish I knew about these Austrian sauna traditions before going to sauna, but on the check in they didn’t mention any rules, only after the incident with another guest it turned out that there were some rules. Only the next day after incident everyone received a printout with the rules of attending sauna during breakfast 😅 In the printout it was said that it’s mandatory naked, no kids (adults only), no cellphones. The very next day I saw a kid in sauna and a guest with the phone. But my swimsuit made a big fuss. If I must follow the rules, why other people aren’t following them? During all the stay it was kinda weird feeling that this hotel is only for Austrian amd German people only. For example, manager was talking to other guests at the restaurant for like 5 min. And she told literally two or three words to me, even after incident with that guest in sauna 🤷‍♀️

The hotel is in really nice location in the mountains, the view from the window is really picturesque. The location is ok, it takes aprox. half an hour to get to Kitzbuhel. The restaurant is also really good, dinners worth every euro paid for it, some dishes are exceptionally tasty. Special thanks to our waiter Mathias, he was so nice and helpful ❤️ Rooms are clean, room service is good too. Good mattress, it is comfortable to sleep after skiing all day. There is a thermostat so you can set the temperature as you wish, which is really nice. Great amenities! Everything is working great as the hotel says on Booking 👍

Value was ok, but the spa facilities have limited hours which make it difficult to use the saunas if you are also skiing. We stayed in a suite, which did not include any coffee maker or even small refrigerator which would be a little limiting for a longer stay or with kids where its nice to have food on hand at all times. They have free coffee in the main dining area, but this can be a good distance away depending on your room location.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was phenomenal! They had lots of house made meats, yogurt and honey that were excellent. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel, but there is another nearby (3 minutes away) restaurant with traditional Austrian food that was also great.
