New hotel, everything is clean and "high end". The suite was exceptional, we are a family of 5 and it had everything we needed, big good rooms with closets, kitchen with everything to keep the food and cook.

The only thing was that we arrived very late (around 10pm) due to extreme traffic jams. We asked in advance if we could have any solution for a dinner as we would arrive late and miss the dinner time, but the hotel could not arrange anything like a sandwich whatsoever. Not a big deal but would have been nice to have it managed. Check-in itself was not a problem at 10pm.

Excellent little hotel, great dinner and okay breakfast with lovely and very helpful staff / owners. The hotel is fairly new, the room is comfortable and clean with great view to the mountains. Type2 vehicle charger is 2 meters away from the entrace, it was very comfortable throughout our stay.

The entrance is a rest/smoking area of the kitchen staff and we often had to go through smoke while entering the building. Also the kitchen door was constantly open and the whole walkway was smelling food (good one) which made us constantly hungry :-)

We stayed in the apartment Pomolo 1 which was nice, clean and spacious. It had all the facilities we needed. The location is easy to find and is a good base for activities in he area. We really enjoyed our stay

When we entered the room for the firet time it smelled a little bit but we were able to clean the air by opening the windows and using some parfume.

- Dinner ends really early, kitchen is closed after 20:00 - Breakfast choice could be improved ( like I missed some warm omlette or at least scrambled eggs )

nice clean room, good restaurant with decent choice of meals. I tried pasta and it was very tasty, as well as pizza. I didn't expect that the hotel is located just by the slope. We didn't have a chance to enjoy it but may be next time I will consider to try it too.

However, the building itself is quite old, and every morning there was an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen area. There was no free towel change, no soap and no service was provided, even though it was advertised as a hotel.

The apartment was very spacious with a lovely view. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you might need for cooking, which was a big plus.

The room is heated by in-floor heating which works fine, but it was off when we arrived and it took around 36 hours for the apartment to warm up. Also the apartment is located roughly above the ground floor kitchen and somehow when the kitchen is working, between noon and around 9pm there is a very strong kitchen smell inside the apartment and mainly in the bathroom. After the kitchen closes and the house is ventilated, smell almost goes away.

Very nice location in a small village. The hotel is located exactly at the foot of a ski resort and is actually ski in ski out. You ski from the hotel to the lift line. Also there is a small baby piste along with a ski school piste next to the hotel for kids. Lots of parking space available. Ski rental and ski school located on the ground floor with friendly prices. Friendly staff and nice facilities including a nice restaurant and a kids playroom.

Elizabeth the owner wasn't very welcoming, she gave a cold vibe. We always needed to look for her to ask questions or get items (phone or Whatsapp would be helpful). They charged us for extra towels, without warning us.

The location is great, the views from the hotel is beautiful. The room had all the facilities needed for our stay.

I was suprised about breakfast buffet. We were the last room and there was no refill: no scrumbled egg, no eggs. We asked for more cruasans - gave 1. It was not a pleasent experience

It was on a way to Kaprun from Hallstatt. We booked for 1night. It was clean and comfy.
