Although I really loved this hotel, there are three things that might keep me from returning. First, the parking fee was very high. Second, the laundry service was also quite expensive—6 euros for just a 30-minute cycle in a very small washing machine that could only handle a few clothes at a time. Lastly, the breakfast could be improved by labeling the dishes in English. As Muslims, we needed to know which items contained ham or other non-halal ingredients, but this information wasn’t provided.

This is not particularly what I didn’t like, but for some it might, it is a long walk up to the accommodation from the town if you don’t have a car.

The property is modern, good facilities for cyclists, has a great view and is very neat.

It was quite a walk from Saalhaus Landbach to the village - fine going down, but quite a hike to get back, and some taxis charged almost 30 euros for a relatively short distance.

It would have been nice to have more of a hang out area for the evenings just to play cards or read if you didn’t want to stay in the room. But that didn’t take away from the quality of the property.

Perfect to stay at Saalbach. Beautiful, clean, and modern in decoration style. Our room had a spacious terrace. Our car rested in a spacious underground garage. Breakfast was great every day with a lot of options. Additionally, while relaxing in the apartment, we could still enjoy a wide selection of tea, coffee, fresh water and snacks. But the highlight was the wellness centre - amazing saunas with views overlooking the mountains. The family were such welcoming hosts. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Hotel was a bit far from ski lifts during our stay as it was not possible to ski in - ski out anymore during our stay at the end of ski season as there was no snow left at town level.

All in all, even though the whole building is completely new, the price was too high, extra charges for car parking, expensive breakfast, etc. For this price (approx 200 EUR/person) you can go find luxury hotel rooms. Here you don't have a bar, restaurant, spa is limited to two saunas (no steam or pool), no common room.

Breakfast was as expected, nothing crazy, some local products, good choice of cold cuts and cheese. I do have to highlight the great coffee, even though the machine is an automatic one, but well programmed, and great coffee beans. The scrambled eggs are well-made as well. The room is cosy and welcoming with a nice view to the mountains.

We have just returned from our holiday and in Saalbach. We spent 5 nights in this beautiful apartment hotel and since the very beginning it was a great stay. The hotel is run by a family and all of them are just super nice and super helpful. the apartment itself was very nice, well equipped, and comfortable. And the wellness, it was amazing :) If you are considering a trip to Saalbach, this place should be on your list.
