Perfect location, peaceful and quiet and yet only few minutes away by car from Dachstein Krippenstein cable car. Easy self-service check in and checkout. If we ever travel to the area again I'll know where to stay.

The only con of this property is that the 3rd bedroom is on the loft and has a very small bathroom, and there is no common area between the 3 bedrooms to chill.

We were a group of 6 visiting Hallstatt, we had booked this property, wanting to have more comfort. The property is located at wonderful location, the drive from Vienna, Hallstatt and Salzburg is so beautiful. The hosts of the property are a couple that have maintained the property and taken great care of it. Trevor and Judith helped us with local restaurants and off beat places to visit.

The 1st floor 2 apartments are great. The 2nd floor one is difficult to access with luggage. Other than that all ok.

Beautiful location, apartment was really cosy, clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful, and was easy to communicate with. The apartment had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

The steps to top room was a bit tight but it’s ok. But the mini wardrobe next to the door is a good idea, the wet coats can be hanged, so it’s a plus too.

The house is so nice with cute decorations and flowers, in a nice neighborhood. The room was really cozy with warm vibes, it was well equipped, there was everything we needed. Quite neighborhood and beautiful view to the mountains. The staff was really nice and friendly and the self service mini bar is nice gesture. There were a lot of small things made me feel this host really cares about the guests needs. Absolutely recommended, I hope we can come back.

I loved everything! My only minor suggestion would be to install a reading light in the sofa corner - it can be a bit dark.

I truly cannot recommend this wonderful apartment enough. I don’t think I have ever stayed anywhere so comfortable away from home: everything from the bedroom to the balcony to the kitchen to the living room felt meticulously put together for guests to have the best experience possible. I am an avid reader and my favourite spot by far was that incredibly comfortable sofa. Even though we visited in summer I really felt like I was cozy in an alpine chalet! The hosts are absolutely lovely and always on hand to help. Anyone visiting the Hallstatt area should stay at Landhaus Osborne!

It seemed to have everything you need - like you were in the comfort of your own home. The host was very friendly and helpful after a long travel day for us- a very welcomed sight. Website is super helpful and info from the host made our stay memorable and wanting to return. We would definitely recommend. We enjoyed retreating on this side of the lake being a bit farther away from things, but easily rented bikes locally to explore Hallstatt as well.

Everthing was delightful.

The apartment is great - clean, quiet, comfortable. The host made us feel welcomed. Everything in the apartment was thought trough, so you would enjoy your time here and have what you need. The bed was extra comfortable. There was plenty information regards surrounding area, hiking trails. We loved every moment while staying here. Would definitely come back again.

Beautiful Appartement, perfect Location, in very, very beautiful area. Playground was also right on the corner, perfect with kids. We did had everything what we need and even more. Got also amazing advice where to have a dinner and it was amazing good experience. We felt like at home.

We liked everything! The location was incredibly beautiful. Our apartments (#1 and #2) were comfortable and well appointed. Trevor was so very nice. We talked with some people in town and they were all so warm and pleasant. It was nice to get away from tourist packed areas.

The rooms have less maneuver space due to decorations though artistically planned and placed leaving bigger luggage , cooking space etc constrained

The best part of the property is the thought that's gone into make this a cozy place . Mr . Trevor has gone into the last detail to cover any little item to a sewing needle literally to make your stay comfortable. The location in exquisite for those looking at a calm place nestled in the valley away from the buzz of the town.

There wasn't really anything to not like.

The location was ideal, and the scenery was amazing. I was very clean and well equipped for self-catering. It is in a very peaceful area with a great restaurant, just a short walk away.

Very nice charming apartment with kitchen and lot of usefull details in it. We appreciated the comfotable bed and you can even watch prime amazon or netflix. Very calm place with good accesibility to Hallstatt.

Amazing accommodation with beautiful views of the snowy mountains. Great hosts who were more than happy to recommend local restaurants and attractions. The room was cosy with a very comfortable bed and a south facing balcony. There is a selection of drinks (wine, beer, soft drinks) and also a small selection of food available (Honesty box) if you get caught short and miss the local shop. A great sleep due to there being no light or noise pollution outside. Very peaceful. Half a mile from the ski slopes and the 5 fingers walk. Would definitely recommend Landhaus Osborne to anyone considering this part of the world.
