The apartment was spacious, spar is close enough, and several options in the area to visit. With kid i would suggest Serlesbahn in the sommer as well, the sommerrodelbahn was amazing.

We loved the house and location. The views from the balconies are stunning and the bed was really comfortable. Lots of hiking trails close by. Would love to come back in the winter.

Figuring out the bins and recycling system. Landhaus Anja is not a stubai super card member which meant we had to spend 90e X 4 a significant extra cost to the holiday. Friends staying in a near by apartment had this for free as their accommodation was part of the partnership.

Very spacious. Helpful staff, allowed us to use laundry and luggage storage too.

There was no information where to pick up the keys, we had to make a call. It would be enough to just send a reply to the Booking app chat.

I certainly recommend this apartment! I stayed with a family of 5 on a ski trip and it really delighted me. The apartment is very spacious and decorated in an elegant style. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home. The whole apartment was also flawlessly clean and the temperature remained at a pleasant level. The building has a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. An additional plus is the possibility of parking directly next to the building. The location is excellent especially for a longer stay. I sincerely recommend!

Check-in could have been better managed just sharing few information in advance about the apartment location (that was different from the one initially provided) and check in procedure.

No ski racks were there in the apartment. But we didn't look for them explicitly, we had plenty of space anyways.

Aparatment was very roomy and clean. Amazing apartment. Beautiful view. Free parking directly in front. 20mins from the glacier by car. Bus station nearby, and also ski services.

In accommodation confirmation of our reservation we have seen different apartment as when we have received when arrived. Therefore our expectations were different. However owner has provided to us more suitable apartment, better one, free of charge, we really loved it! For future as recommendation, in case of change of apartment would be better to communicate and not to mix pictures from different apartments, that is making a lot of confusion. Small issue, we were lacking 2nd pair of keys from the apartment, which for two families was a bit complication, however we could handle.

Apartment was very nice, big, clean rooms, big warm bathrooms, very good location. Since we were two families with kids we wanted to have common place for kids to play, this was fulfilled by huge living room. Kitchen was great, fully equipped and super good to prepare our every day meals.

We had a great family apartment that might be even good for 2 befriended families 😀 It was warm, fully equipped (kitchen allows for self cooking, but it is worth trying the local food too!), with WiFi. There is a ski room in the basement for the equipment. There is a parking space right at the entrance, the bus leaves from nearby. You can also take it to the center, as we didn't feel like walking 😉 there is SPAR some 200m from the apartment. Very good impression 👌 Definitely recommended!

Everything was fine! Clean :) For our daughter rabbits were additional entertaiment. The host was wonderful, and helpfull!!! Very good communication with the host. The location is only 15 minutes away by car from Eisgrath bahn. Big parking. Thanky you that we could stay at your apartment:)!

Nobody greeted us on arrival and after few phone calls we were told to enter in the apartment by ourselves. In the Facilities description on Booking.com it was written that the apartment had Balcony and it was no balcony, Ironing facilities and iron and was no ironing facilities and Iron, Hairdryer and it was not hairdryer, Outdoor furniture and Outdoor dining area and weren't, Drying rack for clothing and it was not, and Toilet paper and we had to buy it since it wasn't. More clothing hangers would be helpful in the apartment and the kitchen is missing basic stuff (wine opener, cheese grater etc.), also more blanquettes would be appreciated. We left and nobody said goodbye or asked us how our staying was.

Good location close to bus stops and supermarket (Spar).
