We arrived on a Monday to find out its online check-in and the restaurant is closed, fortunately we found a restaurant up the road could accommodate us for food

The breakfast was basic but good. Our room and bathroom was very nice and spacious (with a very comfortable bed) We found the location to be very relaxing and peaceful! The staff were very helpful, suggesting places to dine and also walking trails to try.

Unfortunately, the entrance code didn’t work — we had the same issue mentioned in another review. Luckily, someone was still there before 22:00 to give us a key. Also, breakfast selection could be a bit wider for a 4* hotel.

Only 15 minutes from Innsbruck by car. Free parking, very clean room with comfortable beds and quality bed linen. Peaceful location with incredible mountain views. Traditional style, lovely yard and terrace. Breakfast was tasty and OK for us.

No Aircon made it rough in the heat of summer but heaps of windows to open which worked okay. Bit remote out of town, more of a village vibe but cute.

Room was great, lovely view and the restaurant downstairs wasn't too bad either. Shower was great and super spacious. Parking on site.

I have been here already three-four times in last5 ys. Now somehow the breakfast was not as good as earlier, servise went bit down.

Hardly any staff present (you even do self-checkin at all hours) and the ones that were there (with the exception of the waiter at dinner) not very professional. The rooms - albeit very big - are a bit tired and not very comfortable. Pillow was as flat as a pancake.

The size of the room was very generous and the location quiet and lovely. However, the hotel was not a 4* hotel (the only 4* element was the size of the room). Breakfast was average.

One restaurant staff member was pretty poor. Surly, really slow, and with a lot of attitude. I'm normally slow to complain but this was really bad.

1. Looks like good time was in the past for this hotel - billiard table is broken, walls and floor carpet require refreshments 2. Unfriendly staff, communication were unpleasant 3. No bad facilities - only soap 4. Very poor breakfast for 4 stars hotel 5. Smoke came into our room from the neighbours’ one.

Pimp location by hall in Tirol - can easily walk down a lovely street to the main old town. 25 minutes approx. the area is so upkept and nice.

We had booked for a family room and were checking in late. Since they don’t have anyone after 7-8pm nobody at the reception we realized that our room had not being prepared with sofa bed. There weren’t any bedding in the room that we could even do it ourselves and the sofa bed was wobbly and uncomfortable.

Good location and decent breakfast. Self Check was easy as we had arrived late.

Nothing it was a piece of serenity just 15 minutes from the city

Location and the hotel overall, staff and food were great, very peaceful and calm. Traditional setting and style and the balcony with the views of the mountains and the birds and goats with their bells was truly wonderful.

A kettle and some more toiletries (eg, another bar of soap for the wc) would have been nice. Unstable wifi. I didn’t find the pillows comfortable.
