The freezer was broken when we arrived and the cooker was not working but the staff was helpful and we managed to repair it within 2 days.

The appartment was nice and clean. There was all you need for one week. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms in the appartment D. Beautiful sourroundings and an excellent starting point for trips. We spent there 6 days in the summer and there was a lot to see and experience. The appartment is just a few steps from the cable car Grunwald Bahn.

At this time of year (August), the hotel sort of shuts down as neither the kitchen nor sauna area are open. Parking is also a bit of a problem when this hotel is full.

Very convenient location and the staff are very helpful and easy to work with. Staff also speak fluent English which is helpful. Room was nice and bed was large and comfortable, but it also took up most of the room. Bathroom was clean with plenty of space.

Friendly welcome, perfect rooms, picturesque surroundings, clean air, good hiking trails. In case of bad weather, there are many options within a 1.5 hour drive (Raggaschlucht, Salzburg).

There were two bathrooms, which is of course great - but only one toilet. Two of those would also have been great. Other than that (and a freezer that needed heavy ice removal - I suspect the door wasn’t closing properly) everything was great.

Booked only a few ours in advance for a one night stay on our way back north after visiting Slovenia. Late check in was accommodated with key cards and instructions in an envelope. Spacious apartment, which is always appreciated when you are a family of five. Super friendly staff for check out.

It was great location for our travelling experience- really nice place to visit, see and relax. Great place to visit with family to figure out Austria life style. Very good apartments with all necessary equipment's, including kitchen. Very clear communication with hotel within all details. Do not know what price in winter, as this is purely ski place ;) but a lot of routes available during summer. Very quite place.

The instruction on how to get to the apartment could have been clearer. We arrived late and did the self check in, it was dark and raining and took us some collective effort to figure out what the instructions meant and how to go to the apartment

Difficult parking at the whole area. A little misaligned communication (we received multiple information by different channels that in places contradicted one another and were not really up-to-date and factual).

Nice views, great location. Facilities equipped well. Clean and quiet (during summer). It was no problem to arrive late at night.

The breakfast not included on the price of booking and need an additional payment ( 20 € Adult + young for each day). the hotel it's 2 different and separate block home and if you stay on the up rooms groupe need to walking for the breakfast area in the down block.

Good condition on west corner of Obertauer place, nearest to the lift ski piste, the bed room really good on small area but clear with bath room very appreciate. Breakfast really various and staff are cordiality. The ski room right for the rooms , and a small sauna area available ( not used by me ) .Parking area assigned with the room.

We really loved the studio, which was quite spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy, warm, and had an amazing view of the ski slopes. The accommodation is located in the quieter part of Obertauern, not in the city center, but it’s about a 20-30 minute walk to get there. In the garage, it can be a bit tricky to park if the driveway is icy, and the space is a little tight. There’s a ski storage room, sauna, and infrared sauna, and we absolutely loved this place. We’d definitely come back next time!
