The appartment was nice and clean. There was all you need for one week. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms in the appartment D. Beautiful sourroundings and an excellent starting point for trips. We spent there 6 days in the summer and there was a lot to see and experience. The appartment is just a few steps from the cable car Grunwald Bahn.

The freezer was broken when we arrived and the cooker was not working but the staff was helpful and we managed to repair it within 2 days.

Beautiful landscapes, free parking on-site, nice personnel and very clean rooms, spacious bathroom. We used the hotel as a stop en route to Slovenia.

The bed was old and squeaky, maybe time to fix it? Cleaners started cleaning at the next door at 8am and woke us with loud hoovering. The door are not soundproofed so we heared everything which was very unpleasant

Very convenient location and the staff are very helpful and easy to work with. Staff also speak fluent English which is helpful. Room was nice and bed was large and comfortable, but it also took up most of the room. Bathroom was clean with plenty of space.

At this time of year (August), the hotel sort of shuts down as neither the kitchen nor sauna area are open. Parking is also a bit of a problem when this hotel is full.

Very good value for money, comfortable and spacious apartment (type C) for families with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Weather was nice

They gave us rooms in different buildings. No washing machine in the room neither there was no shared washing machine.

Friendly welcome, perfect rooms, picturesque surroundings, clean air, good hiking trails. In case of bad weather, there are many options within a 1.5 hour drive (Raggaschlucht, Salzburg).

Booked only a few ours in advance for a one night stay on our way back north after visiting Slovenia. Late check in was accommodated with key cards and instructions in an envelope. Spacious apartment, which is always appreciated when you are a family of five. Super friendly staff for check out.

There were two bathrooms, which is of course great - but only one toilet. Two of those would also have been great. Other than that (and a freezer that needed heavy ice removal - I suspect the door wasn’t closing properly) everything was great.

The receptionist wasn't very informed about the location (restaurants, services etc.).

It suited us perfectly when traveling in the summer. In the winter, the room might be a bit cramped, but overall, everything is fine.

It was great location for our travelling experience- really nice place to visit, see and relax. Great place to visit with family to figure out Austria life style. Very good apartments with all necessary equipment's, including kitchen. Very clear communication with hotel within all details. Do not know what price in winter, as this is purely ski place ;) but a lot of routes available during summer. Very quite place.

Unfortunately sauna works though very short limited day time.
