Absolutely stunning location and perfectly equipped for a family. Lovely and plentiful breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. We wish we were staying longer but will be back!

Full of moskitos! Curtains are not completly dark so the room is bright at sunrise. Breakfast is ok but not taking requests for eggs due to allergies ( lactose intollerance)

Not a don't like, but just be aware - there were no tea coffee facilities in room or fridge (breakfast makes up for this) so if you are travelling around and mixing air bnbs with this you might need a small Esky or eat it all b4 you get there. Also no iron (yes some of us do still do this) or toiletries so be prepared and bring own. (There is combined shampoo/body wash in the beautiful large shower). Only other improvements I wish they would add are a couple of collapsible luggage stands, heaps of room and would make it easier - especially for those with rickety knees 🙃 but hanging space if you want to unpack. Nothing that will impact your stay.

The views from the enormous picture window were amazing. The room was large, fresh and calming and all staff went out of their way from booking to completion to help. Breakfast ..don't miss, fantastic. Walk into the small township and also possible to walk to Krimml waterfall entrance .. bout 20 min if your strolling. Definitely recommend the hotel. Also ...not a gym person, but those that are will love the gym equipment..looks like an awesome setup.

The wet part of the SPA area (inside) had some strange smell which should be investigated.

Nice view on the east side, big parking place, bus station next to hotel, excellent breakfast, clean and confortable rooms, big and well equiped ski room, big jacuzzi outside, two sauna.

Last night someone was smoking and our room was full of smoke - that is disgusting. There is no wall in the bathroom - even if you do not find it awkward - this is noisy, you can not sleep, if other one in the bathroom.

The location of the shower in the hallway was a bit unexpected, which is not very convenient for families with teenagers

Breakfast was perfect. Check-in was smoothly, even earlier than i expected. Coupons for visiting waterfalls were also a nice addition to stay.

The whole experience with Krimml hotel was wonderful! We did not expect such a great view from beautiful hotel rooms. Additionaly there is wellness for free at the top of the hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly! We'll definitely come back!!!

Odd/uncomfortable/ no privacy with an open bathroom/shower without walls… Especially when traveling w teenage boys /girls siblings…No food available in the hotel nor the village after 9 pm. Churchbells ringing a good while from six in the morning and every 15 minutes throughout the day…

Good location close to Krimml waterfalls. Good breakfast and dinner at hotel. Good parking possibilities.

The bathtoom is in the middle of the room. People don't know english and everything is written in germany language.

The room was good and cozy. The price of the room included tickets to the waterfall and some water fun.

We stayed at the hotel for a few days. There is always a free and private parking spot for your car. The room is cleaned daily and the towels are replaced. It's clean, but you need to get used to the fact that the bathroom doesn't have enclosed walls. The breakfast is tasty and good. The administration is pleasant. There is a free washing machine available for use.

Lovely hotel in fantastic location, easy walk to the amazing waterfall. Large comfortable room. Enjoyed the roof top hot tub and sauna. Excellent breakfast and evening meal. We had a really brilliant stay
