We stayed with our toddler, we were looking for a nice place in the Alps. This fullfiled all our expectations. Breakfest and dinner were great, hosts were helpful and understanding of our needs. Pool was a nice surprise and playing area for the kids was rich in options.

The hotel is a bit outdated and needs a larger renovation in the near future for sure. Heating is a bit noisy. 7/10.

The staff was excellent, and we enjoyed our stay. The pool is a very nice feature as well. They even organized a small birthday party for my son. The air is crystal clear and you are in the middle of the mountains. 9/10 Price - Performance is very good. All in all, it is an honest 8.

The only thing we did not like was that in the playroom for kids, there is a women who works there, who is following the kids all the time telling them to be quiet, to put the toys back even if they just started playing.. so the kids were scared of her and did not want to go to the playroom, which was very annoying.

The hotel is very nice, the location is perfect, great food, nice rooms.

There was one big minus unfortunatelly - bed has really hard mattress. A soft topper over the mattress would make a great difference.

Everything was exceptional. Everyone very kind, nice room, I loved all details for kids - animals as room numbers, kids trash bins, welcome little candy,... Swiming pool is nice, sauna real surprise, very good breakfast, they even have foil to take whatever you took and could not eat. Exceptional location for skitouring - you step on skies right from the hotel. Ski storage, ski shoes heathers,...

Smell in the room. The hotel is a bit old, some some smell in the rooms to be expected. But I opened the windows, fixed it.

Gym. It was extremely modest and very small. Challenging to wide your hands. Not a space for two personas inside. Some children's toys in the playground are out of order. Better to move them out than keep it inside.

The building seems to be just partially renovated, so some parts look very "old-school". It's lovely that the receptionist takes everyone for a tour around the facilities, but it can lead to quite a waiting time at the reception. We were booking through booking.com and even though we chose 2 adults and 2 kids while booking, they were expecting just 2 adults. But were able to fix it quickly.

Perfect for families with kids - everything is though out with little fellas on mind :-) A lot of options to keep them entertained and the staff is just super friendly towards everyone. Very close to the highway but in very quiet and beautiful valley in the Alps.

the furniture looked used, some need reparature, some deeper clean. Windows not cleaned and stuff was kind but not too much motivated. for 4* hotel it could be more mainteined

The big and well heated swimming pool, the playroom for kids open 8-20. 24h accessible coffee/tea/ choco automate. Good variety of food in buffet.

The flooring in the room should be changed - has a bit of an old "cigarette like" odor.

It is a wonderful place, the staff is nice and helpful, the breakfast is proper, the kids loved the pool and childrens playroom. We reserved before knowing that the ski resort is closed (can't understand why), but other skiing options are also available relatively near by.

Only downside is that the ski resort doesn't work at the moment. However the hotel has 3 smal ski lifts for the kids which is great.

Absolutely fantastic for the young ones. Its not luxurious but is well taken care of. Its clean it has great facilities, everything you can ask for family holiday The spa was great
