The room lacked some well-needed facilities like a refrigerator and iron.

No possibility to get even a drink at the hotel. There were an almost empty wending machine. As our credit card didn’t allow age proofing, we couldn’t buy some of the few parts left

The room wasn’t vacuumed when we got there. The pool was out of order. As I’ve read this in other reviews too, it seems to be a recurring or permanent problem. So they shouldn’t list a pool as being available. That was a big disappointment.

Nice room with balcony. Very good breakfast buffet. Parking included. The two ladies who serviced the rooms and also prepared the breakfast were very nice and helpful.

Wlan didn’t work in the room at all. Room was not very clean and cleaning during our stay of one week included only emptying trash bins and exchanging towels. Bed was terrible, mattesses were really worn and would need to be changed asap.

Nice to have a small pool and sauna in the hotel, breakfast was fine as well.

Bus goes only once an hour and there’s not a good taxi service in town. It’s a steep walk up the hill if you go by foot. Sauna facilities were too small for a hotel this large. The bar was not staffed so there were no drinks or food in the hotel in the evening.

The place was dead. No ambience, no vibe. We knew there would be no staff but it was like a ghost hotel. Strongly seemed like a passive income to someone who was only doing the bare minimum to keep the place running. The hotel had 3 different smells depending on where you were - Wet basement, cat food or chlorine.

The view was great, apart from some trees that were in the way.

The rooms were a bit too warm. A minor issue!

The breakfast was awesome. I was expecting a bread roll, some cheese and a coffee. Choice of cereals, yoghurt, bacon and eggs, choice if fresh rolls, choice of cold meats and cheeses, juice, coffee tea...... Outstanding for the price. The room was comfortable. The view from the room and breakfast room was amazing.

It’s rundown and looks like no money was put into the place for a while. And looked therefore a bit dirty and used. The breakfast wasn’t as great as presented in the reviews.

The sauna and the pool

We arrived at around 21:00 and some of our group did not had the time to check in online. As a result, they did not get the key and no one was around to ask about it. There was a cleaning lady which did not speak any english, only german. She pointed us to call to a number that was supposed to be AVAILABLE 24/7. We called there from several phones, we also asked some swiss guests to call there too but no aswer (again.. it says 24/7 non stop that someone will answer). After some time, the phone number was not reachable entirely. The only solution we found was to sleep all 5 in a 2 person room, some on the floor. Evidently this ruined our next day at the ski. The next morning, someone gave us a key. Other than that, the food was plenty, the hotel mostly clean. One other issue is that we specifically chose this hotel out of others because it had a pool, which unfortunately was closed (don't know the reason) until a couple of weeks after our departure, so that's a bad point also. If you say you are 24/7, then commit to that. It wasn't that late when we called: 21:00 and not 24:00 or 1,2-5 in the morning. Should update details on the booking page when something is missing or not working (the pool in our case).

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view. Our room was very big, and had a lovely view from our balcony. Breakfast was delicious. Really enjoyed the swimming pool as well. Definitely recommended!

Breakfast staff was great but overall quality of breakfast quite disappointing. Only the cheapest of the cheapest. 20yr old mattress; bathroom not up to standards (didn’t know shower curtains still exist) and with several stains on the tiles.

Pool well sized and maintained. Room size ok.
