The bathroom doors are glass with curtains.

Everything was perfect. At check in, we were offered a welcome drink and a small gift for the baby, chocolates in the room. Parking was free. The room is big and confortable. They even put a crib, bottle warmer, diaper trash and some baby products, amazing!! The breakfast and dinner are excellent, gourmet level. We visited the kids play room with lots of toys. The salt water pool was heated and had amazing views. We will come back.

The whole experience was just perfect. It was a summer break, so the hotel was quiet nice, the greenery around it was fascinated and the hospitality of the team was much more then expectation. Thank you for the full team of Kempinski Das Tirol starting from the reception to the cleaning room team up to the manager. We felt that the hotel was our home. Until next time.

The bathroom in our room smelled very bad the first night (coming out of the pipes) and the first day we didn't have hot water in our shower (luke warm at best), but that somehow got rectified from the second day on. Also, outdoor parking for 15€ per day is quite cheeky when they have nothing but space to accommodate parking for all guests.

The food was definitely fabulous, a 10/10. Despite many families with children there was a sense of privacy. The pool was nice (a bit chilly, but for summer it's perfect) and the spa area lovely. Nice bath products available in the room. Super friendly staff and nice "activities"/events at the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly caring and attentive throughout our visit. The cleanliness of both the rooms and the entire hotel was absolutely perfect. A special mention goes to the chef and his amazing dishes — during our one-week stay, the dinner menu never repeated once, which was truly impressive. Breakfasts were also excellent: in addition to the buffet, you could order from the menu. The Eggs Benedict on brioche and the fluffy pancakes with berries were unforgettable! Thank you for making our daughter’s birthday so special — we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture. Highly recommended!

They have 3 saunas and they request everyone to be naked . They can keep one sauna with swimsuits. An international hotel should accommodate all cultures and respect other feelings and beliefs not impose the local one only

the hotel is far from downtown and require taxi everytime. the shuttle service not always available and never reach downtown

Like last year I do feel that the internal/external swimming pool could be a little bit hotter specially because of the kids. I think the menu options (combined from restaurant and bar menu) should be wider as with more pastas and comfort food.

Hotel is very good and service great as usual. Breakfast is super, facilities are very good. Room was big and very comfortable.

There was a problem with the hot water in the room, it seemed that during certain hours too much guests usage together there was not enough hot water for everyone.

Beautiful location, excellent spa, great pools, lots of leisure areas, very warm and helpful staff. Beautiful spacious room and loved that the lobby was spread on a lot of space.
