There is no A/C for people who are wondering but its very cold at night & I dont think you need an A/C at all.

The location is AT the center and the area is very safe and everyone is friendly and welcome at the hotel.

Even basic amenities were not provided in the hotel like room slippers, toiletries etc. when asked about iron for ironing clothes they don’t have in the hotel and were asked to visit the laundry in front of the hotel. The housekeeping staff threw our stuff (medicines) while we were away and didn’t even bother filling up the handwash soap which was almost over.

I booked a family room for my family three months in advance and received confirmation messages from the hotel. I also completed the payment on time. However, upon arrival, I was surprised to learn that the family room I had booked was not provided. I was informed that your booking team did not send the payment confirmation to the front desk. Due to this misunderstanding, my vacation was disrupted. Instead of the reserved family room, the hotel assigned us a much smaller room, without refunding the additional amount I had paid for the family room. Furthermore, I was promised that a larger room would be provided the following day. I followed the instructions, packed my luggage, checked out of the smaller room, and waited for over three hours. Unfortunately, I was later informed that the other guest occupying the larger room refused to move, and I was forced to return to the same small room. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing, as it not only ruined the quality of my family’s vacation but also resulted in financial loss due to the unpaid refund.

The room was AWESOME, with a big glass wall and a big terrace to enjoy the mountains view. Everything was great. The staff was really nice and the breakfast was high class. Also, the hotel is located near the city center which is absolutely charming. Definitely the best place to enjoy Seefeld.

A defective TV in my room, I had to report many times to the Reception after arrival. After more complaints, battery change, etc., the front desk agreed to relocate us to a room with all appliances in good condition.

Seefelds B&B is in the center town and right in front of the Train Station. Spacious and warm rooms with a balcony. I advise rooms facing north, as mine faced the Bahnhof mostly. The B&B location is great, and parking is easy, free, and inside the property's exclusive lot. They have a great and delicious breakfast service, with variety and very good quality.

Amazing location, so clean and comfortable. tastefully designed and furnished. The reception employees were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had many options of eggs, bacon, pancakes, waffles, breads, cold cuts, cereal, fruit, juices and coffee. Everything was delicious and amazingly fresh.

Even though there is an elevator, there were a couple of stairs that we needed to take to reach our suite and we hand to take our luggage all the way up. No toothbrushes offered.

Very nicely designed and clean. It feels so warm. The breakfast buffet is great too and the staff are welcoming and made our late self check in as seamless as could be. We stopped there for one night and I wish we could extend. The location is right at the center and close to everything you need.

Angelika was super helpful and friendly, she did her best to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The location is excellent: close to the train station, with a large on-site garage. There’s also public street parking with an electric charger right outside, which makes it convenient for both self-driving and train travelers. The breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended!

Nothing at all. Just an idea for improvement would be to add a kids playing room, to entertain them indoors when the weather is not favorable outside.

Wellness facilities (2 saunas, 1 steam room, infrared, water beds, calming & modern rest areas with refreshment. Good variety and good quality breakfast. Kind and cheerful personnel. Extremely clean and renovated rooms.

Everything was great

The hotel is excellent and exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect. All the staff were very professional in providing service, friendly, kind, and quick to respond to guests' requests. The restaurant (despite the large demand for breakfast) was accommodating by preparing special requests for us. The room service staff were more than wonderful. The reception staff were wonderful, especially Ms. Giada and Ms. Angleka at the reception. I consider them the best employees in the world who greeted me upon arrival. I thank all the hotel staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and have everything you need. We didn't encounter any problems with breakfast, and the restaurant has a variety of delicious food. There is also free parking for hotel guests, and I will definitely return to book here in the future.

Some days the room was too warm, so we had to open the windows and compromise with noise (only on NYE and when we had snow overnight)

The location was really good, in front of the train station and close to the centre. Bus stops for ski lifts within 5min walk (by the station and by modern ski shop). The breakfast was amazing and the staff were really friendly and helpful! The room was spacious and with beautiful views.
